Very tasty chicken large salads. It was first visit and we Love it. Recommend
I ordered 5 chicken fingers. Paid for 5. Got 4. I was down the road before I discovered this and the line was too long to wait in AGAIN. I tried calling the store. NO ANSWER. Couldn't go IN the store cause their doors were locked. but probably the worst...if you go to the zaxby web site, they give you a phone number that they DO NOT ANSWER. I wrote to them via their "contact us" form. THEY NEVER RESPONDED! WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! they lost points with me when they took their tater chips off the regular menu and put it on their catering menu only. Now no response from corporate. I'll got to Chick-fil-A next time.
Every week I go in and see the manager Krystal. She knows my name, my order, and she's always so friendly and bright. She and the food are definitely the reason I keep coming back. I am also so happy to see the 100 health score stay! Big improvements over the past couple of months and it is showing!
So we decided to go to Zaxby’s around 3:00PM. We received our food, pull out the parking lot. I put a straw in my husbands Diet Coke and he sips, says “the taste is off”! I try mine it’s the same. Check our food, fries are hard and warm. We return go through the drive thru and the associate tells us pull forward she’ll get her manager. 3:15. 3:20 the manager Crystal comes to the vehicle and my husband tells her the situation. Rudely she says “give me the food and I need the receipt to give you your money back”! My husband responds” I would rather have the food”. She says”whatever “! Walks away. 3:26PM At approximately 3:56PM A young man walk over to our vehicle, apologizes for the wait and what happened with our food. We thanked him, I asked for ranch dressing and he went back inside and got it for me . Jamal should be the manager because of his customer service aptitude! Really 29 minutes for Wings and things/ Zaxby’s tenders meal because Christine had to deal with a customer concern. Never coming back to this location again!
Got the chicken finger dinner with fries and a Dr. Pepper no ice. Everything was fresh and tasty. Ended up eating it in the parking lot. The dinning room still closed due to covid (I assume). Staff friendly and professional. Asked for ketsup, salt & pepper. Got a few ketsups, but only one salt and one pepper packet I live a lot of pepper! I could have asked for more I guess. The food was so fresh and good I want to go again soon..
I love their hot wingz and fries! Their fried pickles and hot potato chips are to die for !They have great salads and chicken as well ☺️
I used to love this location, but recently seems they’ve been so busy fixing their drive thru. Their food quality has totally went down, I can never get fresh food here anymore. It’s ridiculous
I love the food and service. I really enjoy the Christmas lights I wish that everyone would help light up that Connor.
Update Nov 9, 2021We usually have the large salad and it's always good. But this time I wanted to try the Zaxby's ® Spicy Signature Sandwich that is supposedly double hand breaded and extra crispy. Well it was a big let down for me. Not spicy, not crispy and not hot. The fries were under cooked as well. And the boneless wings could have used a bit of heating up prior to serving. I'm not sure what happened here. We arrived at about 11:00 AM so they had been open about 30 minutes.(Original entry) Do you ever get that craving for a fresh, delicious salad? This is where you go. I recommend the House with Mediterranean dressing and the heavenly onion rings!
