My food at Wendy's has always been very good regardless of what state I have ordered in. With this visit to Wendy's I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal and the new strawberry Frosty. I ordered my sandwich with no tomato or lettuce and when I got my meal through the drive-thru it had no tomato or lettuce so to me that was a five-star in itself!! The chicken was cooked very well and tender and juicy and the new strawberry Frosty was excellent. Also, there was a long line in the Drive-Thru but it went very fast so this Wendy's has very fast service also.
I'm giving this place three stars because my meal was good. I went through the drive through and the girl charged me for my meal AND someone else's meal. I would have never known if I didn't look at my bank account email every morning. Of course, I went back and got my money back for the extra charge. I won't be going back due to the fact that I can't trust the cashier with my card.
Wow n wow. Gave y'all 4 stars a year ago. One star today. Sat in the drive thru 10 plus minutes with one vehicle ahead of me and a lineup behind me out of this world. Why not make the car pull up and bring there order out. Then the lady working the drive thru window had long long nails and was on her phone the whole time I sat there. Why did she not go help? All for a large fry and a 4 piece nugget. Fries were burnt also. Not going back.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from DoorDash and had a very simple order with 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a frosty. I received a potato and chili. I literally cannot believe that. I’m not one to complain on the internet and especially give someone a bad review but this is absurd. Do not go or eat here.
Wendy's is just better than the other fast food chains. Customer service varies from one to the other
It was okay. I mean, I don't really care for fast food. They got my order right. It was fast.
Generally LOVE Wendy's, but the mayonaise on the burger makes me sick. So, when I ask for no mayo... Other than the two times that happened, good place to eat. Good variety of sides as well. Only fast food place with chilli and baked potatoes and loaded fries that I know of.
Pulled up in parking lot and before I could get out a car pulled right next to me leaving little room to get out of my truck. Turns out that person was going in to work at Wendy's. I had to back out and go find another spot to park. I thought about leaving..food was ok. Had some undercooked fries with some older greasy fried mixed in. Couldn't eat half of them . The special chicken sandwich was messy but good..
This is far and away the best staffed placed out of all the fast food in the area. The food is good and the staff is pleasant. Ignore the other reviewers.
We went to Wendy’s drive thru all the time but today, December 26, 2021 around 5pm, I was disappointed with the service. We waited for awhile at the drive thru and nobody’s say anything so we had to go to one of the window and also waited a while. there were at least 8 workers and some were on their phones while the others were just standing around talking. When they gave us our food, they didn’t say anything, they just gave the bags to us and close the window.
