This was the first time I ordered from this place and my experience was terrible. I placed an online order for a smoothie during a 45 min lunch break. Not only did the smoothie take an hour to be prepared overall, I had to ask the status of my order 30 mins after I placed it and was told " I haven't even checked the online orders". When she finally looked and made it she did not call my name and let it sit. When I finally received my smoothie it was just juice. I was already late for class and they were too busy for me to ask for a refund.
Haven't even been here yet and know it's good.

I order breakfast and lunch from here almost everyday (through doordash).The prices are awesome, drinks are great, food filling and great tasting. I'd rather go here than any chain coffeeshop or restaurant.The Salted Dog Frappe is to die for, I would recommend it for anyone who likes an iced caramel macchiato or caramel latte on the sweet side! I get the BBQ brisket wrap for lunch, which is so savory and cheesy, and their salads are great too for when I want something a bit healthier.

We have been to Craven Coffee House on and off for a few years at multiple locations. The best location thus far is Lenoir Campus. HOWEVER the other campuses and main location have all been not great service and product. The coffee isn't good, over sugared, cold and flavorless, and just plain gross. We have tried several things on the menu. Not great. My husbands coffee is COLD. Tastes like something you would get in a hotel. The service can be described as "I don't want to be here". The workers are gloomy, upset, and just don't want to converse with you about your order or even the weather. This has happened several times now on and off over a few years. We don't write bad reviews often but the owners need to step this place up.We will be going else where like Joe Mugs or Downtown.
