We visited 4/ 9 22 around 5 30 or so.We ordered over 50 dollars worth of food and waited a long time understandably but when presented the order we k ew it was incomplete and asked the cashier again if the order was complete. She was rude and told us it was fine. We checked and the order was incomplete and we had to return. That employee had no concern at all. I will be making a corporate call and they won't have my business again.
I went in drive thru, my order was wrong, I went back went in, they changed my order, but fries were hard and so cold. They had to know that. I didn't appreciate it at all. I plan not to go again, even for the fries.
Placed an order for them today through door dash at 1:57 pm and when I received my order about 2:20 ish I was missing an item that I had paid for so I proceeded to call the location to inform them of this mishap about 5 times with no answer so the last call I left a voicemail explaining everything with my name, number, time, and order number, I have yet to receive a call back. It’s just irritating not receiving an item I paid for then to be ignored.
This visit I experienced: a not so friendly welcome. No smile no thank you no have good night seemed nothing in positive nothing inviting that would make me want to come back... Order was put in bag seemingly as if in a hurry, which was unnecessary, messy. However the food was good. For that reason I will return but on a different shift.
Not the greatest, the only reason they get 3 stars this visit is because last visit was okay. This time they forgot 2 items and messed up another in the order. I did call the location to only get a voicemail and no call back. And no, they weren't that busy
The service here is horrible! I called to inquire about the wings. I called back to back as I was 5 mins away. I thought the parkinglot would be full since noone answered the phone. No one was at the drive thru and only 3 cars outside. When i get to the window to ask about the wings, a boy got short with me and said, "we dont sell em anymore." Then I asked what was the phone number there and he said, "I dont know".
