Very impressed with our service at the subway today! I wish I could remember his name but the young man that helped us had a wonderful attitude, and our food was great too!
“Be back in 5-10mins” “Ring bell for service I’m doing prep in back” … sat and waited after ringing bell about 3 times 5 minutes apart. Had people behind us also wanting service … after shopping and coming back to no service again we left and went to Jersey Mikes !
Went in tonight with my husband and the guy that was there had the nastiest attitude ever. He looked at me and my husband like he was disgusted. Throwing our food around, burnt the bread on one of our subs and laughed when my husband asked was the bread suppose to look like that. I’ve never in my life experienced that type of service before and will not be eating from here again.
Went yesterday 5/7/21 while shopping around 10:50am. Evidently cleaning and door dash customers take priority to customers standing in front of you in the store. There were two employees one behind the counter and one mopping the floor I was the only customer there along with the door dash driver who wasnt even near the counter and on the phone. Before i could even order one employee asked me if i was coming back because they had "a door dash order." So i said ok and go get the rest of my items. (Didnt watch them make the sub) I get home with my order and the sub was about only half right. I ordered toasted.. the bread stuck to the paper. The chicken was cold. Missing one of the vegetables and no sauce. I get better service from the lady who is usually there by herself around lunch time
This place is so amazing in the manger is great and the subway is very clean every time I come there I love this subway and I would recommend this one out off all the subway I been to the manager name is Diana she was wonderful and the guy that works at night i don’t know his name but there sandwiches is Fantastic she looks so young but she does her job and I will be coming back to this subway it was the steak and cheese melt that I ordered it was so delicious with the vegetables toasted on top and the Cookies wore so fresh and it’s very clean the guy at night mops at night and cleanest that’s what I like to see in a store
Very pleasant experience the first time ordering anything from this particular subway and the gal was awesome helping when I just want to get a little bit of chicken for my four legged child...thank you so much as I will become a return customer

At least it's clean? The manager isn't versed in DoorDash protocol at all. The order wasn't received on their end but she told me that she wouldn't make it since she didn't have the ticket (if you're a Dasher you know that we order if the store didn't get the order) and was ADAMANT that she especially wasn't going to do that if I couldn't pay (it tells you in DoorDash to NOT use your Red Card).While I step back to call support, another customer comes up and this manager is yelling at her multiple times. Suggestion?- get someone more personable to front your business. Also she wasn't covering her nose with her mask.
I went in there a few weeks ago at lunchtime with my father to order some sandwiches, I had asked for my sandwiches and got to the point to tell her what I wanted on them, the woman who waited on me first rolled her eyes at me and then told me i had an attitude with her....I'm not sure where this came from? After I told her I just wanted my order completed, She proceeded to tell me to leave and threw the food that was almost made away right in front of me! Tell me what kind of person does this ? She said she could do what she wanted, she was the manager.....Subway better find someone who acts like a manager and does not treat people this way. I will not be back and I will be sure to tell everyone how I was treated by her.
