Terrible, went to order and was greeted by a male associate. Rude and clearly clueless. They were out of everything, when I asked why I was told if I didn't like it , I could go somewhere else. So we did , food lion and bought sub kits that were cheaper and way better. Stay away this Subway location , absolute trash. I wish I could give half a star.
Stopped in for some warm fresh chocolate chip cookies. They did not disappoint! Total was @ $2.00. I gave the worker a $5 and told him to put the change in the tip jar. I love it when you find what you’re looking for.

I had ordered a tuna melt and lays baked chips and a drink for delivery online. Took it out the bag when it got here and it was a tuna melt sub and the chips weren’t even right. And I called them and she said I needed to bring it back to the store and I told her I couldn’t that’s why I had it delivered. And she still told me I had to bring it up there

That was the worse customer service I have ever had in my entire life the young girl was extremely disrespectful and I could barely hear her, she didn’t even make the sandwich right will not be going back to this subway.
I ordered on line. Even though my order was not correct....the employee working handled it very well. As I live 20 min away....they have offered me a free sub next time for my trouble. It is refreshing to see someone admit the error and try to correct it. We are all human and makes mistakes... It says alot about their customer service and how they handled it! Thank you so much! The error was only reason I didn't give 5 stars!
