If anyone knows me they know I'm NOT a Starbucks fan... HOWEVER... My usual delicious coffee spots were unavailable! One, the lobby was closed and the other was closed for remodeling. This was a very nice visit! I was recommended to try the Pike (?) Coffee. It had a bite to it, but it was palatable! The coffee was fresh and hot. The company I had while there was a gift from God! The place was hopping with business, but service was very fast, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was great, open, and friendly. Anyone is welcome here, and I really truly felt I was welcome. The friend I was with enjoyed his coffee and I believe this is his favorite coffee place .. I can see why.... This is a great coffee place... I'll try the Blond coffee next time...
I was having a rough day and came here only to find my money wasn't on my card and I couldn't transfer more than $5. I was digging for change bc I felt bad for not having enough after they made the drink and warmed the danish I ordered, I was trying to find change when the manager came out and said "it's ok, it's on us." I was shocked and asked if she was sure and she said yes. I started crying bc I had had a horrible few days. This touched me bc they didn't have to show kindness like this to a stranger. They have always been kind but this is what humanity is about. You never know what someone is going threw and one act of kindness can turn their whole day around. Thank you guys for showing me that kindness today. I won't forget it.P. S. She even gave me a hug and told me it will get better. She showed me genuine kindness and that is why I will always remember her. Thank you for the kind person you are. You are a genuine light in a time when others are dark. You have shown you have a genuine soul and I will always be grateful for meeting you.

I went through the drive thru when I used to work in New Bern. The lines are always long in the morning and lunch time. Friendly staff. I am not a big fan of their ice coffees I did try them as well as their breakfast sandwiches which were very delicious.
It’s Christmas morning and boy were we hungry. We thought all hope was lost finding food on the go to visit family. Turns out Starbucks was open! After visiting my grandparents and saying good morning we turned around and rushed to Starbucks. Sammie was taking orders at the drive through, we ordered a Mocha Cookie Frap, Apple Crisp Macchiato, and two Bacon Gouda Sandwiches (all delicious). Sammie was patient with me while figuring out my order and helped me find substitutes for things they were out of. She was bubbly and helped us come up with a delicious breakfast. Sammie provided excellent customer service and really started our Christmas morning off on a jolly note! 10/10 Sammie, I know it’s not alway easy but keep up the great work and Merry Christmas!
The staff is very welcoming and when under pressure, remain calm and cool to ensure the best experience possible. A very big thank you to everyone at the New Bern Starbucks!
The young lady who worked the drive thru on Oct 17 at 8:30 am was one of the nicest fast food workers I’ve seen. It is so nice to see someone care about what they do
Stopped for quick coffee break while on the road. Drive through was fast and easy
Quick service, friendly staff, tasty drinks. You can’t beat anything from Starbucks and this location is very convenient. We always stop here on our way back from the beach.
