If you tell someone it'll be ready in 20 minutes, it should be ready in 20 minutes, I've been standing in front of the cashier for 20 minutes, after showing up 20 minutes after placing my order, so if it's going to take 40 minutes, SAY THAT. It isn't difficult to communicate, effective communication is how businesses stay open, but clearly this place has no idea what that concept is.
Sanuki is always consistently delicious and quick with good service at affordable prices! I tend to get hibachi and sushi, great every time.
The food was okay. The portions were small. Shogun's in Jacksonville is way better. But, I would come again.
We had a delicious meal there last night. The food was great and the staff was very nice. This was me first time there and wont be my last.
We ordered the New Bern roll, firecracker roll, and spicy tuna roll. The noodle dishes, not pictured, we're also very good according to my husband. The baked scallops in a cream sauce we're okay.
Decent sushi place. The menu is a little limited but they have what you would expect.
Staying in town for a week we checked out another Sushi place before coming here. WE SHOULD HAVE COME HERE TO START WITH. Sure the prices are fantastic, but the rolls were spectacular. I would have paid more for them. Quiet extremely clean place with excellent service. Nathan was above and beyond attentive. We've already decided to go back for the dinners before we leave.
Food was excellent and well priced. Great service.
Server was EXELLENT. Great service from the young man. The food took a long time. We watched 4 tables order, eat, and then leave before our food came. The last of our order came out after 2 of us had finished eating. Make sure you pay attention to what you order v/s what is served. My Deluxe sushi entree was supposed to have a spicy tuna roll, but it came with a California roll. We will not go back.
Ordered beef yakisoba for lunch and got spaghetti noodles and zero sauce ! It should look like the first picture and the other picture is what I got !! I’m a huge fan of Asian food and this was disappointing! But the Vietnamese rolls were def on point !!!!
