Fried chicken was great. Vegetables were delicious. Desserts were tasty... key lime and strawberry cake. Very friendly people here. Come and see for yourself!

The food is awesome I had fried chicken mac&cheese & collards my boyfriend had the fried turkey chops rice&gravy & mac&cheese I recommend it all!! The staff is awesome also!! Will definitely go back when I'm n the area!! Oh and the brownies ?
The food is delicious. The Mac and cheese did not disappoint ?. The navy beans are great and the dirty rice is to die for. Worth the Wait. Next time I'll call ahead.

Went by today and had a Fried chicken dinner with cabbage, collards, pineapple cake and a roll. Everything was awesome. The cabbage and collards were fresh and chicken was amazing. It was so good I’m going back again tomorrow. You must try this experience. Money well worth spending.

This very unassuming soul food joint is an absolute gem. Firstly the enthusiasm of crew working was truly matched by their delicious food. I tried the Fried Chicken, collard greens and mac n'cheese. All top notch items. I was tempted by other items off their short but bijoux menu. Secondly, I told them I was visiting only for the day but as I finishing I was given a to-go bag - just in case I got hungry on my drive back to Durham. (I didn't, the portions are large). In the bag of goodies were steak tips, bbq turkey and homemade red velvet cake. Everything is fresh and in house made. This is a family operation and I met son, cousin and Mom. Mom's the baker and has been perfecting her skills since the age of ten. Don't miss this spot if you're visiting a delightful place with delightful people!
