The shift manager and crew treated me horribly when I was being friendly. I had a Door Dash order for a Grand Total of 2.50 cents. The lobby was closed “due to AC issues” and I asked for the order at the window…(the drive thru line exceeded 25-30 minutes). They refused to help me out. To put it bluntly they suck and don’t care about anyone else trying to do their job. Leave the lobby open for door dash orders at least for crying out loud.
(Just get rid of this place). Outside of people needing jobs that's what I would say. May 20th took awhile to get my food 15mins +. And the receipt is what I ordered...got water instead of lemonade....came back to get the lemonade door was locked to the store. So I had to go through the line (I skipped the line) because it was long 6 cars got my lemonade to only find out I only got 4 tenders, not utensil for my mash and no napkins smh. At that point I'm not going back again. Why the door locked to the store at 5pm?
Why is it March 31 2022 and the inside of this place is closed still. Every other fast food restaurant is open on the inside and this is just ridiculous the line ppl have to sit in just to have popeyes.. covid isn't a good enough reason anymore to keep ur place closed on the Inside. Popeye wake up!
I've only been here a few times. There is 1 reoccurring issue...the staffs attitude. It's the same sad song; where they get a job in fast food but don't feel like doing the work, inwhich is a management issue at the end of the day. It's also enough to make customers not return.With that said, Popeyes has always been a great food spot outside the everyday burger joint. Foods good when it's right, but with the staff it's only worth stopping by once in a while. Life's to stressful as it is to deal with more while getting food to sit and relax, just to worry if the staff is this nasty to your face imagine what happens behind your back and to deal with grown woman/man babies.
Why do I have to wait in line 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant just to order? Every time? I got to the menu board to place my order and had to give them my order TWICE only to be told they were out of the item I ordered. I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand 20 minutes just to get to the menu board and having to give my order twice. Poor form Popeyes.
Longest wait time I've ever had, lobby forever closed and I wasn't even picking up for me. 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done before I got there. Staff was rude and snappy and kept taking their mask off to talk and sometimes just to listen they would take it off.
Who is doing “ inventory “????? Popeyes is known for their WHAT???? ……….” CHICKEN….. “RIGHT??? So lately when we do decide to try and get food from this location again what are you guys out of ?????? Of course CHICKEN!!!!! To be honest because of the unprofessionalism at this location sometimes I don’t know if this is being said just so you guys can close early or if you TRULY have ran out of chicken????!!!! I completely stopped going to the one off of capital!! They get ZERO ⭐️‘S!!!!! It didn’t matter because you guys where always the GO-TOO!!! Unfortunately, this is definitely NO LONGER THE CASE!!!!
I came to this location and walked not knowing it was drive thru only. The man working still took my order and brought me out a sandwich. Now that's what I call customer service..never had a bad meal here. Just be prepared to wait !
I love the jingle "Love that chicken from Popeyes" and was looking forward to trying that chicken from Popeyes. It was only average, too flaky and not anywhere near as good as KFC or Bojangles.
I’ve been to this location many times as I’ve had to travel to new been for work . Every time I get a spicy chicken sandwich the MEAT is cold, or room temp & about to be cold . The staff aren’t friendly, and anytime you ask for something extra/special no matter how polite ( for ex. ) i asked for extra spicy sauce twice, they slap it together very sloppily as if you insulted their mother . I try to be so kind to fast food workers, as i’ve worked plenty fast food places as a teen, and the way they act when you ask for something is the worst part especially when you’re nice and don’t deserve it : ( .I love that sandwich, but now i get one from KFC since it’s hot there and they don’t bulk cook the chicken for speed .That’s it, that’s all .
