Yikes. Ordered 3 pizzas, some cinnabon delights, and 4 sodas. The BBQ chicken pizza had so much sauce it was like a soup and barely any cheese. So we had to eat it with a fork and knife. The soda situation was scuffed from the start as they gave us a 2L instead of a normal 20oz soda. Delivery was below average but the driver was friendly so that was good. Overall just an issue with the food really. Wouldn't recommend this store as it's not thebfirst issue with them.
Best Pizza Hut I’ve had since eating in the restaurant as a KID!!!!! Pizza was so hot I had to put it down and that was AFTER delivery!!! Came with garlic sticks and they were PERFECT!!!!
The thin crust pizza was a lil burnt or over done so even with extra cheese which didn’t seem like a lot of extra cheese was just very to eat have made it perfectly in the past the last 2 times just wasn’t all that great
I am a HUGE FAN of the cheese stuffed crust, the bbq sauce, and the fantastic fast service. Seriously though, that bbq sauce is something else. I don't know where it comes from, what brand they use, or if it is available for public purchase, but it's amazing. I also love the option to have it instead of marinara sauce on my pizza!!
It was fresh and ready in a timely manner. My family enjoyed the food

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks from Pizza Hut in James City. We have never had a problem with them before. The order took 1 1/2 hours to get here. Both pizza boxes were opened, one was the wrong pizza and someone ate a piece of it! The sauce for the bread sticks was in a plastic bag opened and dumped out in the bottom of the bag. So I call the store, they are busy and can't replace our order for 2 hours, so forget that. They can't credit my card because they don't have the card. They can give me a store credit but it can only be used in the store. So now we are without dinner after waiting 1 1/2 hurs, I'm out money because she can't give me the full credit and I used my points for a free pizza which she can't give back to me ? It's now 7:30 and we have to make something else for dinner. We are not at all happy!
Get my order right. Maybe someone should confirm that the order is correct BEFORE it goes out the door. Additionally, when I called the store to complain (Option 3), no one would answer the phone.
Food was ready when we pulled through the Hut lane. Very tasty. Person at the window was cheery and helpful.
Good Service, Close, On time , Hot, Flavorful, Friendly. Good Value for price.
