Tonight we ordered on line for a price of $39But when the pizza arrives they want $42.It's only $3 but it's the principal. Would have give a $10 tip too. Yall enjoy that pizza!

Ordered my pizza at 5:02 on Thursday night when Papa John New Bern should have been ramping up for supper. Driver delivered my pizza at 5:18 and it was very hot. 16 minutes from ordering to eating, can't top that eating in a restaurant.
Papa John's staff makes it worth the trip,wait and price for me to pick it up myself.
Other then it lackes toppings...paid $57 for 2 pizzas last night through door dash delivery and hardly any of the 5 plua toppings were spread evenly .. I had maybe 3 peices of onions and hardly any bacon or meat on the other pizza . but it was the only I could get a delivery to.the area i live .. We have days where us moms are too tieed to cook so willing to tip well and its a shame my neighborhood is cut off bc " its a bad area " .. Im on 2nd avenue in New Bern I wish yall could change it to where delivery was possibly again. Pretty much paid an extra 20 for taxes and fees and I dont want to do that again.

This pizza is the BOMB! I love Papa John's and this particular store does an EXCELLENT job at representing the brand. Antonio took my (very complicated) order today and was so extremely pleasant, kind, and understanding. I am so thoroughly pleased with the service and product!
