Just went to this Panera’s at 8:40 pm. We got a you pick 2 with a steak and cheddar sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle. With another chicken noodle on the side. We asked for a receipt and didn’t get one. Another person came and handed us the food and we got the receipt from them. We take a bite and there’s horse radish sauce and a heap on onions which I said no onions because they are too strong for me personally at Panera’s. I came back in and said can I please get a sandwich with no onions and they said no problem and this employee was super nice and offered me a dessert for coming back in through pouring rain. I heard the guy who took our order via drive thru go “can I get a receipt please!” Mocking us for asking for a receipt because we knew things were going to be messed up. I only go here for the soups. The sandwiches are not worth the money with all the extra sauces that don’t compliment the flavors. The soup was super salty and we got the bottom of the pot with all broth almost no noodles. Just say you don’t have any more. Not going back here
I have placed many orders from this location via app however the food presentation is not consistent.Today I ordered a egg white avocado and spinach breakfast sandwich…I modified it and also asked for the bread to be toasted , unfortunately the preparer obviously did not read the entire order . ?Also the staff that prepared the order did a very poor job of preparing the breakfast item . ?I basically got half a slice of bread with everything slopped on . ?There are some staff that work there that actually care about pleasing the customers but it has been a hit or miss for me in getting a good food preparer at this particular location .Unfortunately, there is no consistency in this aspect .Not sure if I will be going back to this location ?And not sure if I will recommend it to someone , based on the continuous inconsistency.
Was charged for a bread bowl, was told they were out but did not refund the difference between bread bowl and regular bowl. Did not ask what we wanted for our sides. They plated cold hard bread. took the bread back and asked for chips, which we'd have done if asked when placing our order. 31 bucks for lunch for 2 is too expensive.
The older lady upfront cashier really not fit for this kind of restaurant.. really nasty attitude.I dont ever write comment, but this old fat lady is not fit for panera bread with her nasty attitude. Im using the FAT so the corporate know who im talking.
?????, ??????? ???????.
Just had the worst service at your location in New Bern, NC. We came in at 8:40 pm to grab a quick bite after a busy day. While waiting for our food we heard a kid behind the prep counter complaining about people like us who come in so close to closing time and stay in to eat. The last time we were there another worker rushed through on his way to the pastries and cut off an elderly lady without even saying excuse me to any of us. I’ve been to other Panera’s that are great, but this location is definitely in need of some serious customer service training! Very disappointed:(
Great food, (albeit more than average cost), great employees. Always a fine experience.
This place is pricey for alittle bit of food! Also the coffee is weak and always cold. The staff does not pay attention to details and things are always missing from my order!
We always order for the office, bagels and coffee on fridays. We give them a lot of business but the last few times we are missing stuff. When I call to let them know about the mishap, the person on the phone makes me feel like I am bothering them. This time we ordered fruit cups that are not even half full and the fruit is questionable. For 3.89 I kind of expect the small cup to be full, not even close. we were missing cream cheese that I ordered, and the everything bagels use to be in a seperate little bag but it was thrown together with the rest. I hate to complain but this is actually the 4th time this has happened. Our offices will not be ordering from them anymore.
Can always expect good food when you go there.
