Asked for the chicken breast and only got green beans with one very small piece of chicken. I did not get the young lady’s name. She had glasses on, perhaps light pink. She was also working drive thru. It seemed like she was picking the beans out. I like them, but some chicken would have been nice!
So i got a coupon in the mail for a 2 entre dinner and with coupon get 3rd entree free. I explained that at the drive thru order screen and made my choices. At the pay and pick up window they were gonna xharge me for a 3 entre meal rather than 2 with a free entree coupon. I had to specifically request the charge be modified or they would have ignored their own coupon.
I feel lucky because I’ve been here 4 times and never had a messed up order or bad food. Always fresh and tasty. Their large drinks are huge. Always get the chow mein with proteins and some veggies. I see the negative reviews so maybe they are improving? Anyway, well done. Happy customer here.
Great experience. Young lady waited to fill my order (I got the family special) until there was freshly prepared food because I was 45 minutes away from home. All employees welcomed me when I entered and said goodbye when I left. Definitely will visit again when I'm back in the area.
I just went to Panda Express and ordered the Black pepper angus steak. The young man said it would be a five minute wait and I said ok. I get to the window, he hands me my food. I should have checked but I didn’t. I did not get what I ordered. I don’t appreciate getting home to find you didn’t bother to make what I ordered. I just had surgery so I am unable to drive back otherwise I would. I called but no one answered the phone. I am very disappointed.
We ordered a family meal at 4:25 and were told to pull to the front door, we did and the two people I found of us were immediately takin care of. Well here we still sit and it is 4:45, they have plenty of workers inside so I honestly don't understand why it is taking so long. They can literally see us sitting in our car.
Kung Pao wasn't very spicy/hot. Ordered 2 different bowls but got 1 bowl & 1 plate. That raised the price but it also increased the amount of Kung Pao. Didn't change the mistake and just accepted the extra price and food.
I really like Panda Express food, but have a few issues with this particular location. Two workers are both handling cash and immediately handling food without hand washing and/or changing gloves. With a 100.0 sanitation rating posted on the wall I would think they'd have better procedures in place. A minor issue is that the menu board encourages customers to ask to sample anything, but the worker stated that they do not do samples. Either do samples or don't, make up your mind!
My husband and I live about 30 minutes from this restaurant and we ordered to go. We got our meal and it was good, but we also ordered and paid for 2 egg rolls and when we got home they were not in the to go bag, I tried to call the restaurant but they had a phone message stating that no one was available to take the call. I was very disappointed about not having the egg rolls and just a little bit frustrated about not being able to speak to someone to try to rectify the problem.
I have always enjoyed the meals here. I always order the Kung Pao chicken with the fried rice and then I get a spring roll on the side. Everything is fresh cooked to order and you wait in the line and you watch them cook the food and it's just wonderful.
