This place is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, but still very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food and drink, phenomenal. I had the special of scallops and it was to die for. The crab dip was also insanely delicious. You certainly won’t be sorry for stopping!
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The food and the services was fantastic! I had the fried shrimp and fries and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. The shrimp was so sweet and fresh. The croissants, which were drizzled with honey were to die for! Hats off to our server, Cat. She took great care of us!Update: went back the next day for lunch and again was not disappointed. Great sandwiches and the sweet potato fries were delicious!
we had reservations and were seated quickly. ordered the fish fry and the blue bacon burger. Also ordered the crab soup. The soup arrived after we received our meals and tasted like plain old tomato soup. It was so plain we didn't even take a second spoonful. The burger had so much blue cheese that even after scrapping off most of it, it still was overpowering. The fries were overdone, but the fish itself was absolutely delicious. If you enjoy beer battered fish fries, then this is your place. Anything else was not good at all
This was our 2nd time at Morgan's Tavern. We sat at the bar this time and ordered a few appetizers. The bartenders were extremely friendly, and the food was great! We love this place!
Found this place after being disappointed in another restaurant. Wait staff was great and service Wes wonderful. Great food and deserts.
Wonderful atmosphere and locale. Attentive staff. The food was scrumptious. Excellent iced tea. The honey drizzled croissants - yum!
We were recommended to try Morgan's and we were not disappointed. The food was great. The spinach arichoke dip was the best we've ever had. Our waitress Anna, was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. See pics attached.
This place is amazing and the staff is awesome! The croissant rolls are delish along with everything else.
We called to make a reservation and, at that time, was asked if it was a special occasion. We replied that it was our 52nd wedding anniversary. The person taking the reservation said we would get desserts from the dessert tray. When we arrived, we were greeted with happy anniversary and were seated at a table in a private corner. We ordered and ate and then the server asked if we would like to see the dessert tray and then we ordered dessert. But when the bill came, we were charged for the desserts. Not wanting to make a scene or cause problems for the server, we paid the entire bill and left. The staff needs better coordination. I can not suggest the french onion soup which was poor. Our entrees of tuna tacos and chicken salad on pineapple were very good.
I stopped in while downtown for a burger. The service was quick and the burger excellent. I will be back.
