Just waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru line for 3 biscuits, just for an employee, who doesn’t look like she knows what she’s doing, to come out and say that they gave our food to the wrong car. And on top of that, they ran out of the food we ordered. So essentially we just spent 30 mins here for no reason. This place is absolutely terrible and needs to shut down for a while and find new management and staff. Absolutely terrible service and terrible management
Can we normalize actually filling up the CUP? No matter what drinkni get i never actually get a full cup of drink. I pay an upcharge for the frappe and I ordered a large but this obviously would have fit into a medium cup. Prices are to high for what we are getting.
The attendant at the second window when I picked up my food was very rude and short I asked for some salt and pepper and some strawberry jelly with my breakfast and she told me you need to order that when you order your food
Poor service. Always out of something. I cashed in my app point for a Frappe and when I got to the restaurant they said they can't make it. No offer to swap for something else. Then I had to pull up and wait in parking spots along with about 6 other vehicles. They also didn't have Dr Pepper. My fries were cold, they didn't give me the salt and pepper packets I asked for and I got 1 napkin. I know places are struggling but this is ridiculous.
The drink I received tasted rotten. Almost like mildew in the ice? It was overwhelming once the ice melted. No more food here for me.
Cashier standing right there at the register, and even asked me to give her two seconds. Which was okay. Then, someone else told another employee to take me to the kiosk. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have went straight to one.
Didn't actually place an order in this day. The 2 drive through lanes were packed and moving at a snails pace. Came home and made chicken salad. Better than McDonald's any day of the week!
This place does not deserve a a star. I watched an officer go there to get some food and they told him they were closed. So he ended up over at arbys. If they can't support our law enforcement that helps keeps us safe they don't need to be in business. Not every police officer is bad so from now on I'm not spending no money there or at any other McDonald's.
Polite, but poor service. Ordered/paid at the kiosk and then waited 10minutes before being told they were out of what I ordered. Got a refund and ordered something different, but chose to pay at the register at pick-up. Waited another 10 minutes before walking out empty-handed, but only out the 20 minutes spent waiting. Maybe they are better at lunch or dinner, but breakfast certainly did not go well.
Awesome service..... food is great. Fries are hot.
