Went there at 1 am, they were open, at least that's what google said. I could see employees inside, hiding behind a curtain (they probably thought they were sneaky, BUT I could see their shoes... However, they blocked off the driver thru lanes, locked the doors, and refused to take my mobile order. I know McDonalds isn't a very classy restaurant, but it might be in their best interest to hire employees that actually do their job.
I just went to McDonald's afew mins ago with my alittle girl. And I ordered for her sausage egg and cheese Mcgrildle and two hambrowns. The black guys told me the total is $7.23 and I gave him $20 and he gave change only $12.50 he supposed to give me $12.77 he stills owe me 27 cents and he didn't give me recipes either. And when I get my food they didn't put egg and cheese for me they put only sausage and Mcgrildle.
Me and my friend ordered 2 medium frappes and 2 of the patty mcgriddle buns. Instead we got 2 small frappes and a sausage egg cheese mcgriddle. Not to mention the older blonde woman that took our order on the 1st register towards the right was so rude and rushed our order she didn't give us time 2say what and how we wanted our stuff! I have came hear when the other mcdonalds frappe machine was down I would come hear but I hate to cause every time I have for the past 4 years there is always always something messed up with order.

They forgot to put the fish in my sandwich so I went back no big deal. The manager and the two ladies at the cash register were nice but the guy giving me my food threw it at me then slammed the drivethru window. Just go somewhere else.
This McDonald's I know from a few employees that work there, they have had 3 covid outbreaks and did not do a proper 2 day shut down instead only shut down for a few hours and not following company guidelines. Which has resulted in more employees getting sick. This is uncalled for and endangering not only employees but customers as well.
I dont know what they do different but it was the BEST chicken sandwich I ever ate & the fries were hot crispy & salted to perfection.They shame the other 2 locations in New Bern...
What can I say it's McDonald's fast food you don't have the time it will suffice I'm a die hard McDonald fryman so I guess I'm biased on the fries but other than that it's OK
Staff suck, placed an order they forgot a soda told me to get back in line and reorder it though i had my food, lots of eye rolls also do not order doordash from there they will forget everything and the bags are sealed so the dasher can’t look
Google had this location open 24 hours and sign on building said open 24 hours however after leaving emergency department and driving the opposite direction ruin I needed to go to get home both drive thru lanes were blocked off and business was closed. False advertisement.
