Very tight space, but I guess that's what McDonald's has turned to. Not really impressed with much here, with the exception of one of their cashiers. He was a smaller guy, didn't catch his name unfortunately, but he was very helpful. First time I've seen someone in a McDonald's going around checking on guests. I was thinking 2 stars overall, but this guy was a 5 star employee and this the 4 star rating.
I don't care where in New Bern I'm at, I ALWAYS take my business to this one of 3 McDonald's. They have some of the most kind-hearted employees there and always have my order out quick and correct. If ur looking to grab a quick bite to eat or wanna enjoy one of their frappe's, caramel one is my fave, then go pay these wonderful folks a visit! I leave out of there with a smile on my face every single time???
Ordered ahead because I had work, ended up waiting over 20 minutes, went in to check on my food ended up being ignored for 5 minutes and ended up being late for work. The shamrock shake ended up being straight up mint without being mixed with the ice cream and got my order completely wrong, I understand places can be busy but they weren't busy and it was no excuse for being poorly treated and getting my order so wrong, not the first time I've had bad service here and probably will be the last because I'm definitely not returning
Boy let me tell you. If you want to wait for fast food for over 20 mins with no one else in the drive thru then this is the place for you! (7:00 3/11/22) Made me late for a movie I was going to watch down the road. I’ve never had a problem with Taco Bell next door. Five stars for Taco Bell.
$9 for a 10 piece mcnugget meal and I threw it straight in the trash when I got home. I consistently get cold soggy food from this location but no more. If you're looking to waste your money then the mcdonalds located at 1921 Nuese Blvd has you covered
I ordered coffee. It was almost cold (there was no creamer added)although I was told they were brewing fresh decaf... No one answered the phone and I called for a straight 30 minutes. I threw the coffee (and my money) in the trash...yet ANOTHER disappointing visit... it's becoming standard.

I've always enjoyed going to this McDonald's, my order is never wrong here and the staff are very efficient with doing their jobs.
I had a great quarter pounder and fries but there was something missing... For 9 bucks it was alright.
We went here after the nelly concert and they were nice enough to allow my friends to use the bathroom! The food was also good!
