I've been 3 times. The first 2 was great withe fresh, fast food. Service was on point and place was clean. The second time the food was not as fresh or as fast (this time there wasn't even as many customers, so that can't be an excuse for slow service). The servers this trip never walked around to check on us. I hate to say this but why did they even ask for a tip? All they did was take my order.This trip the guy at the register didn't know any of the answers I asked about the orders. And wouldn't turn around to ask the cooks to find out. They were out of 3 items I asked for, one of which they told me about After I paid. The food was...well...gross... sorry to be blunt. It was on days old bread it was the French Dip. The meat was so cold the square cheese they put on top didn't melt all the way. I tried 3 bites and had to stop yuk enough. The pickle was good ?.
Today was my first time trying McAlister's Deli. The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and the food was delicious. Can't wait to return to try something else on their extensive menu.
Great lunch today! Quick fast service on our lunch break. Kelli the manager took our order and was super friendly and efficient! We will be placing a big office order in the future. Thanks from some of the Rankin & Fiume girls
Sandwich? Perfect. Lemonade? On point. Au Jus is friggin amazing and the order was placed outside but done by the time I finished my other orders and walked in! Super kind staff aswell.

We just came out of a winter storm and I know it's difficult to find people to actually work, but the service was not good. Maybe if the Manger on shift would actually come out to help the front end new girl, the restaurant would be more productive ?. Avoid unless you have an hour to kill.
Delicious food. Nice variety. Staff is pleasant. A little pricey
Disgusted. Could NOT eat the food I ordered because it was so messy and though the waitress was doing her best as she was alone, I cannot abide seeing people come in walk to the counter no masks, and go through to go orders by sticking their hands in bags to find their orders, the waitress clear tables and then handle food without washing her hands, the staff seen through the window wiping their nose on their sleeve and continue prepping foods. If I could give negative stars I would give this place a -10.
