Went around 10pm, and I realize that's probably not when your best employees are working, I get that it's late. But the customer service was probably the absolute worst I have ever seen from any restaurant. Mind you, I haven't gone to little Caesars in years and was interested to see how they've changed. So I definitely will never go to another one again.Oh and we are pretty sure my significant other got food poisoning from this place.
Came here tonight the menu was taken down so I had went to the window and asked for a menu and got an attitude over a piece of paper. It was a girl with shirt brown hair and she was also on her phone. So my husband decided he was going to go inside and order they have the doors locked. They are very disrespectful here. This place has gone down hill. I will not be returning
Having to wait 30+ minutes for 2 sets of wings… It just isn’t it. Watched three employees just sitting around from the inside. The girl at the drive thru was nice. About the only nice thing I have to say. Been going to this Little Ceasers for years, but it won’t happen again under this new management… Sad part is they’re not even busy…

I don't know who owns this store. But they need to say something to their employees. When we went tonight the drive thru line was full and so was the parking lot with people waiting on their food. As we got to the window there where 3 employees just sitting there playing on their phones in clear sight. I'm sure there was something they could be doing to help get food out faster to people waiting and if they were all on break I'm sure there is some where else to sit and play on your phone besides the drive thru window.
This place is handled by a bunch of Kids. They messed up my order 3 times and when I went inside to just ask for a refund, the young lady there just turned her back at me and stood laughing with another man. Horrible service, I don’t plan to go back to order here again.
If the employees, managers, or affiliates are not going to perform their basic duties just close the store. The inconsistencies and lack of effort is clear indication someone is not being trained, doesn't care or thinks less of those keeping them employed. A hot N ready pizza is at the least supposed to be HOT N READY not warm and stale. I've worked at his particular store so yes I know what to expect.

Quick. In and Out. Disappointed that they don't do the little things anymore, like add Pepperoni to the Italian Cheesy Bread by request. But still a good deal, decent pizza, and fast service.
We picked up a pizza and a order of cheesy breadsticks which were hot and delicious!!
