5-6-22. Store was a mess. Unclean tables, half the drinks selection all gas no fluid. Pepsi flat. Food was ok. Not what it typically is like. Staff was 50/50. Will be taking a break from going here. Hope they improve.Previous rating. Glen the manager always there with a smile to greet you or help with any questions. Always hot food. Usually go before the lunch rush.

The last couple of times I've been to this location my order was wrong. But, at least I would have enough food to cover everyone so I didn't complain. Things happen.. But tonight, I ordered enough food for my family in form of the 8pc meal and added a chicken bowl for my sick cousin. I drive 20 mins to his house and I don't have his order. I call back and explain, I'm told the woman is the manager and she put my order in the bag and her camera don't lie. Well where is my sick cousnis food then? I'm not offered a refund for that portion of the meal. Just to drive 20 mins back there and 20 mins back to his house then 10 mins to my house with super cold food at that point for my family. The guy at the window barely spoke while in the drive thrNeedless to say, not going back.
This place does well keeping the standards low for fast food ? must be a sign that I shouldn't be eating the trash to begin with
Love the gizzards! It seems they only have them after 4pm. But well worth it!
I went through the drive through and the person taking my order was extremely rude. I would ask a question and he would come back with a rude attitude and demeaning way. I will not be back. I’m not paying for someone to talk to me like trash.
i'm a fried chicken girl...kfc is my go too in a pinch...i rarely do fast food
This particular locatin (James City) is awesome!! Great employees.. great food..
Perfectly made meal was a great respite from our regular taco lunch.
Nothing pretentious, just comfort good at right temps, good service.
