Have a 88B grade that they hide in the corner of the drive-thru.cant c it untill you look up..but very ez to miss...got my refund as soon as i saw it..the date said march 4 so it just happened four days ago
Food was awful and service was ok the manager wouldn't cook 2 wings my brother ordered 4 PC wing combo they wanted to give him legs instead he despises legs they gave him 2 thighs and the 4 PC Chicken tenders I got was tough as whip leather
The last decent KFC. Theses stores have really gone down hillThe service here is ok at the drive thru unless they forget things in your bag. The will make it right on your return. Dining in the staff is usually pretty helpful and friendly

Almost always something not ,right. The computer crashes, chicken cooking but not ready yet. 40 minute wait.Forget it.
Asked for green beans and mash potatoes was given slaw and potatoes. When asked for correct side I was told they were out, now that could have been communicated when I was given my order to save me time from checking my bag then going in to get another side of potatoes. Communication people it's not that hard, especially as long as it took for me to get my order. Word of advice ALWAYS check your order before leaving.
Stay away from KFC in New Bern on Neuse Blvd. We went and ordered 45 dollars worth of food. When we got home all our food was burnt and disgusting. When I called and asked for a replacement the manager told they closed in 30 minutes and would not be able to help me. (I live 4 minutes from there). Then I asked for a refund. Manager said he could not refund my money. So I did what any other respectful hangey customer would do, I called corporate. Yep they were closed and I had to leave a message.6 days later I received an email informing me that I would be receiving a coupon for my next meal in the mail soon. So I waited and finally got a voucher for 15 dollars off my next purchase. Wow really. No call, no refund, didn't even compensate the total amount of my meal. So friends and family. I'm starting to boycott Kentucky fried chicken. Please share so that you and your friends don't have the same issue. #KFC #KFChallenge #poorcustomerservice #poormanagement

The dining room is NOT open even though the website says so.I ordered a 16 pc meal and only received 1/2 of my order (8 pieces of chicken NOT 16 AND 4 biscuits NOT 8). I paid with my credit card and DIDN'T receive a receipt.It was dark and couldn't tell ANYTHING until I got home. I THOUGHT it was in the bag, which it turns out it wasn't.I called the restaurant and it took 10-15 rings before the phone was answered. I was told to bring my receipt back and present it to the mgr on duty and I would receive the missing items.
