Took about hour to get my two subs delivered. The bread was stale on both subs, One of the subs was done incorrectly. They seem to have quality control issues at the moment. Called the store 3 times but their phone just rang and eventually went to voicemail. Maybe better luck going to pick up the subs; delivery was definitely not freaky fast nor freaky good.
If I could give a negative number of stars I would. One sandwich soaked in oil and vinegar wrapped in plastic wrap, one wrapped in what appeared to be a used greasy meat wrapper and one barely wrapped in half a jimmy johns wrapper. What the hell!? Didn’t eat anything, just threw everything away and walked out. $20 down the drain! Two employee friends chilling at the counter eating, no ice in the ice machine, tables were filthy with crap all over them. Employees standing around doing nothing when clearly a lot needed to be done. Ever since Dave Zink left this place has gone down hill. Tried to give it another chance. This has been a go to lunch spot for me multiple times a week for years. After tonight I will never be back.
I have one complaint with Jimmy John's and that is sometimes their bread is harder than other times when it's soft the sandwich taste so much better
Great service great produce great lunch meat good overall grocery store a little pricey
Ordered from here almost every day I worked for a year straight when I worked in New Bern. Ingredients were fresh and service was prompt. My only regret is that they don’t have an option to ask for an Arnold Palmer on their app, even though they carry both tea and lemonade. Appreciate this establishment!

When they're open, they're okay. Their hours aren't up-to-date though so it's annoying to order good then find out they're closed.
Honestly every Jimmy Johns I've been to lately hasn't tasted nearly as good as it used to. I'm not sure what they changed but I'm not here for it.
Food is freshly prepared and ready in short time.. shoppe is neat and clean and quiet.. staff are friendly.. i enjoy coming here for a lil john roadt beef dub for breakfast for something different.. come here... you will enjoy this place
