My honey and I went to get dinner.. My First Time.. it was good. I had the roastbeef and provolone#6 and he had the chicken Philly work bacon #16, wer both enjoyed it. Will go again
We had a very disappointing experience ordering from this store today. We ordered a large, or they call it giant, Philly Cheesesteak to share. The bread was old on the verge of stale and the beef was dry and tasted old as though it had been precooked and had been sitting around. There were hardly any peppers or onions and very little cheese. We threw most of it in the garbage. For $18 I would have expected much better quality. Don’t waste your money. We will never go there again
I may have gotten unlucky when I decided to eat here the other day, but the sandwich was very disappointing. The bread was old and squished down. There was way too much lettuce, despite asking for less, and the entire thing was soggy as if it had been sitting around for a long period of time. I used to love JM so I'm hoping this was just a fluke or just this location sucks, but it was awful. I don't see myself eating here again anytime soon.
This is the worst Jersey Mike's ever. Customer service is a joke. I wouldn't go back if they were giving subs away for free.
6 people behind the line staring at the customers but nothing is clean back there & every single table in the dining room is dirty. Finished this review then realized they gave me the wrong food so I’ve edited this to add what happened. Went back for a refund & the girl charged my card again instead of putting money back on my card. She had to give me cash out of the register to refund both transactions. Please don’t go here, save your money!!!
Laid back and nice staff, and they make the sandwiches to perfection ( Shoutout to Jerri)!
Got our online order completely wrong. One sandwich appeared to be somebody else’s food. Nobody answered the phone when we called to get the order fixed / refunded. Won’t be returning. Highly recommend that you try other options.
Watching them put together each of our four sandwiches was shocking. A heaping pile of lettuce for each and one piece of bacon on each sandwhich . You would think they were running low on their ingredients with the portions put on each . Also the girl who is in charge of putting the ingredients onto the sandwiches was not careful with cross contimainating other food . The bacon in the bacon basket had smears of mayonnaise on it. If someone didn’t want Mayo on their bacon or sandwhich then they might want to carefully watch what pieces they were getting.( which can’t be done if you are placing an online pickup order or delivery) .My chicken bacon ranch sandwhich meat looked like tuna not chicken ? I couldn’t get myself to eat it once I saw it.My husband tried it and not even he could eat it.His own sandwich had no flavor. It was disappointing for a first time and has definitely caused it to be added to our “ do not go back list”.
Had the hot philly beef steak. Love the subs, but extremely salty!
