So-so food and the worst customer service. Don’t even think about ordering DoorDash. They let someone walk off with my order, then refused to make another. So I got a refund from DoorDash and they lost out by being stubborn.

Jade Express is very Delicious! The dish I ate was teriyaki chicken and bourbon with one side. They also have other options, such as one meat with one side or 3 meats with 3 sides. They sell white rice, and noodles even spring rolls.
a coworker and I order from Jade Express regularly for lunch. We order through door dash and have it delivered. There is always a ton of food and it never disappoints.The sesame chicken and orange chicken are great.Their fried rice and spring rolls are the best, always cooked just right.Their crab rangoons are mostly cream cheese, but they are AMAZING.Best chinese food I've had locally.

Jada Express is the best Chinese Food now they give what it's worth the money. The quality is alot. But the rice and lo mein is not enough when you get three meats or two meats I get all the time. Everything is delicious.
For quanity, price, and taste. This is the place to go in New Bern. The negative reviews I've seen are people being overly critical. You're getting three pounds of Chinese food for $8.

I visit this place often but tonight was unacceptable. When it was my turn to check out the women at front just left and went to the back she didn’t excuse herself even though the line was a long wait the whole time. When she returned she just asked was that all I needed. She didn’t apologize for wait or her rudely leaving the front counter. On another note the the food is DELICIOUS as always!!❤️
Have got food from there several times and been great. Until tonight Ordered takeout plates Got the wrong food.They close at 9 Went back in there at 8:15. And they wouldn't cook the food that I ordered. Said they were closed. Not the way to run a business. Sorry not sorry.
