I placed an order online. When my husband returned with the order we did not receive the 2 cookies we had paid for. No big deal. So I called the store to get a refund on the 2 cookies. They gave the phone to the manager. I am 51 years old and have NEVER been spoken to so rudely in my life!!! I asked for his name and his reply, "I ain't giving you my name what is your name" and then continued to over talk me and accuse me of over talking him. Needless to say I will never go to this establishment again! And I can tell from your manager that he really could careless. The customer service at this restaurant is a joke. The funny part is my husband is a retired from our local Fire Department of 30 years and this is how we were treated. Shame on you! You lost our support!

Firehouse subs are good but expensive. That is all to write to sum up the subs from here. Firehouse subs aren't the best subs in the world, but they are far above average . . . just overpriced.
My mom and I had lunch here yesterday and it's our favorite sub place ever!!!! Our food is always the same every single time..Awesome consistency ..The store is always nice and clean and the employees are so friendly. The guy spinning the sign by the road was really putting on a show. Love love love this place.
My husband and several others got sick after having lunch provided by this location. I called the day after and left a message detailing my husband's illness and the fact that others were hospitalized and finally heard back from someone in a manager position four days later. She was supposed to call me back to get an email address to send me the reports of her findings, stating that there was nothing on their end that could have cause the illness, but I never received a call. One of the guys that got sick went to the location the next day to try to get a point of contact to speak to regarding the situation since I never heard back, but that apparently turned ugly.....He ended up speaking to the manager at the store, and the owner called him later to tell him that an insurance adjuster would be contacting them regarding the situation. Seems strange that only those that ate the subs from Firehouse that day were the only ones that got sick......
Order was prepared and ready before pick up time. The staff was very friendly and prompt when greeting.
They always have my order right for pickup/delivery. The employees seem like programmed bots.
Food was good. Just a little costly. 82 bucks for 5 subs,3 bags of chips, and 4 sodas.
These subs are phenomenal. Started coming here like once a week for the hook and ladder. Friendly staff, never had anything wrong with my food. Sooo good❤️
