Older Asian lady who works early mornings is by far the rudest ever! Dunkin you can do better this location needs cleaning up big time ,go ahead and get to cleaning out this trash !! She did not say a single word to me the entire time I ordered and checked out not one word! This location used to be one of the best not sure what happened.
Great customer service and never a line inside. Only time I've waited was in the drive thru. The cashier was very quick and efficient. Therefore, the wait was very reasonable.
I had never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before. I'm not a huge fun of sweets but I was craving a donut and my boyfriend and I decided to stop by and give it a shot. We got inside the store to get a better idea of the menu since drive thru is usually fast paced and doesnt give you time to choose. The lady was so welcoming and we let her know it was our first time trying and she explained the different options they have. Gave us 3 extra donuts and at the end I couldn't believe it when she said we didn't have to worry about paying cus they would be taking care of our bill. Wow how sweet. I truly enjoyed the donuts and the ladies working were super sweet and welcoming.
As I am just now getting settled at a friends after traveling all day, I cannot help to share my experience today. Me and my husband went visit this location at about 2:30 pm, Monday February 7th. We are not from the area, traveling to see some family friends, and decided to stop in. From the first glance the place was extremely busy, we still proceeded. The wait was about 10 minutes, nothing major, but when arriving to the window, I see only TWO workers. These girls were very kind, I believe one was Ariana if I saw her name tag correctly, but my god! They both looked terribly stressed! The service was amazing despite their hassle, so this one star is strictly towards the business. No business should be this understaffed. This is absolutely draining on the workers. Now I don’t know if this is an everyday thing, but it was a terrible first impression. Wish I could have offered the two girls a job myself. Do better, Taberna Dunkin Donuts.
Very clean and friendly customer service. I stop by on my way to work in the morning. It seems to quicker to go inside and place an order. The drive - thru always has a very long line.
I don’t recommend working here. I asked the manager if she can give me more hours and she put the schedule right back on the board and left out. Also the same thing happen to one of the workers there as well not too long ago. This place has terrible management. Also Alexis Aleff is a worker at Dunkin and left a review to make it seem like this is a good place to go to. I feel as though I was not treated fairly and things were not investigated. So for this reason I give this rating as it is.
This place has a serious roach, management, and understaffing issue. I come in quite often for my daily cup of coffee, and have witnessed some downright disgusting things both in the store, and from management/staff. The only redeeming quality about this store, is the drinks.
This place used to be my favorite restaurant for many years. The staff has always been very polite and hardworking. For the past few months, however, I’ve noticed a change in management and a huge turnover with staff. The new manager has greeted me and my family on multiple occasions with extreme attitude and annoyance. I’ve witnessed her yelling at staff countless times, and making many inappropriate comments about customers. I came inside to order my coffee before work a few days ago and witnessed her throw something at a customer. Absolutely abhorrent behavior on the manager’s part. Will be taking my money elsewhere.
This used to be our favorite place to grab a snack and coffee - until today. Went in for my order and this lady who was getting my order - threw the donut at me across the counter - when I said something - her very sarcastic response was - oh sorry as she walked away. When I asked to speak to the manager - I was told she was the manager! The other employees were in shock too. With managers like that - we will find another location to take our business. My suggestion is to get another job!
I'm taking my 5 stars back & replacing it w/ 3.Dunks has ripped away hazelnut from me. I'm miffed how you think this is ok! What kind of ANIMAL takes away hazelnut?!? Also, I loved the snackin' bacon but, my Dunks pre makes it so it's a congealed clump in a bag (no napkin EVER given) that you can't eat. When you ask for fresh, they say they can't. When you ask them to reheat, they can't. You Dunks have single handedly destroyed my reasons for white girl-ing (new word) early on a Saturday morning. I don't think I'll be able to Live, Laugh OR Love anymore. And why is pumpkin spice seasonal?!?
