I am by no means a regular to Dunkin, maybe once or twice a month mainly during frozen coffee season over last 2 years. So it amazes me to see the staff there is ALWAYS wonderful! It doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or into lobby they are super friendly people!! Always happy to help, it's a shame more places aren't like this!! Congratulations to the staff there, you guys are great!!
Fast service. I stop by every morning on the way to work and order the same thing. It never tastes the same and the last few times it has tasted very bitter or maybe even like chemicals. I typically don't have time to go back in line and wait so my money is just wasted.On occasion, I have gone to the new location and have asked them to fix my order a few times and they did so. Sometimes I feel the staff is too busy talking about their personal life. It's typically the young females that gets the order wrong.
The food was good. Donuts we fresh as well. But the lady taking my order was very "snappy"(rude as far as I'm concerned). Like she was rushing me through the order...Asking me: "Is that it?" everytime that I would say something! Very unprofessional!(Maybe that morning shift, is to much on her!)(lol).(it was 6:10a.m. when I stopped in there.) But the lady that have us our food through the window was very polite!!!I would recommend it though!
I live 45 minutes away but every time I’m in New Bern, I make sure to drive thru this DD. The employees are the nicest people. They’re always so friendly and it literally makes our day. Thank you for making my son and I, smile.
I ordered a shamrock macchiato and the new hummus tomato toast at Neuse location today. Received a caramel macchiato and no tomatoes on the toast. Service has gone down hill dramatically since manager changes over a year ago.
The people that work here are always friendly when I go. ALWAYS. Just makes my day! I see alot of post with 1 or 2 stars because that particular day there was an issue, but if you go there everyday did you rate them all those times when the service was good? Consistent bad service is one thing, but everybody is gonna have a bad day. They haven't to me yet, but if they do they will definitely get a pass.

Before I share a Lemon doughnut with anyone, I tell them, that they are an expression and tender of love. I ordered some, opened the box, and found this! ?? Thank you! Sharing these with my family today went to a whole other level!The story: when my grandfather (the one who raised me) passed away, my father who I hadn't seen in 8 years came to the funeral. The day after the service, he took me on a drive, stopped at Dunkin Donuts, my first visit there ever abs told me to order whatever I wanted, I smiled and ordered 2 lemon filled doughnuts. At 15, my father's gesture made me feel like a little girl. ?Dunkin's lemon filled doughnut, will always make me smile. Thank you Dunkin!
Poor service . Yet I ask for a extra large coffee light and sweet and that means six sugars and six creamers and the girl asked me what does that mean and asked me if I wanted sugar or creamer and then charged me extra. And then also when it started drinking a coffee it was 3/4 of a cup it wasn't even a full cup.so let that sink in and think about it.
I hate Dunkin id1878 donuts way overpriced your donuts aren't made fresh at the store anymore this is not a true Dunkin donuts that was around when I was growing up. For real donuts go to food line shop and center South Glen Burnie there's a donut shop absolutely amazing donuts
I come here every morning before work. The service is always quick and sufficient. The workers are always polite and kind. Especially the drive thru lady ms Jade. She’s very welcoming and kind. Excellent customer service
