We've been ordering from Domino's in James City for a while now, but tonight, the customer service was shocking. I called in one pizza to pick up in a 30 minute time frame and when I arrived it wasn't in the system. The cashier said she remembered taking my order, but never took my name, so I was unsure what happened. She said she was new and needed help. I understand and was willing to wait for my pizza, but she didn't know how to enter the order and when asking another employee for help, no one would assist. She then began cursing and walked out. I asked if anyone could take my order and I was told they didn't have time with a rude tone. Customer service is a big deal and I will not return to this location.
Was brave enough to do a walk-in, wait was about 15-20mins. The large pineapple, steak, ham, extra cheese with barbecue sauce Pizza was well worth it. They even did a half&half for $15.34. Great staff too.

They are always fast, polite and my order is always correct. It doesn’t matter who is working. I love my Dominoes location!!!
Will not deliver at night I will not call again
This is the first time that I’ve ordered from domino’s. I’ve always been a Pizza Hut guy, but tonight I just wanted something different. I love thin and crispy pizza. This thin and crispy pizza doesn’t disappoint! They are running a special for a large pizza with 5 toppings for $10. Pizza Hut has a large 3 topping pizza for $10. So I get two more toppings for the same price. Amazing! I placed my order and headed over there…… only a mile and a half away. Went inside planning on sitting down for a few minutes, but my pizza was ready! Got home and ate my first few bites…… and looked for my phone to do a review. It’s that good…… crispy, hot, loaded with toppings, every bite has all five toppings…… except maybe at the edge of the crust. I will definitely be ordering here from now on.
This is the best pizza in town. They have a great variety of pizza, wings, pasta, breadsticks, and delicious desserts ? ?. I recommend them to all my friends and family. One of my favorite places to eat every week

They’re always kind genuine and swift never had received a wrong order from them. Now I’m no democrat but I love the contactless delivery. Something really nice about being able to ignore all humans and eat my meal in peace after a long day of customer service. I always tip 10.00$ as I have a long history of driving pizza in the past and greatly understand the “delivery charge” hardly even covers the dollar amount of gas spent to get to the front door let alone pay bills.PRO TIP: please please please when people order thin crust place a piece of wax paper between the box and the pizza. Or else the pizza will melt to the box. This has happened to me every time I’ve ordered dominos period. Possibly Dominos National simply doesn’t provide it? Regardless for this reason I don’t order thin crust from dominos any longer.
