After purchasing a banana split,peanut butter parfait, and a small dish of vanilla ice cream. I waited and watch the next seven customers that followed me receive their ice cream, I asked where my selection were and they asked me for a receipt. First they didn't give me a receipt and I had three different workers what ice cream did I select. I was not very happy with the service I received and had to wait about 20 minutes to finally get what I had purchased.
This place is always busy! I love their Blizzards the most but, their banana splits are equally as amazing.
My daughter & I really enjoyed our blizzard. We will definitely be going back!! ??
Wish you had drive-thru, but very good chocolate cones!!!
The manager is always mean and has a permanent scowl on her face and eager to jump down your throat. The teenager with jagged teeth screamed at me and said I ordered the ice cream in cones and when I asked if they were gluten free they said yes. Thankfully they remade them after being hateful. So help you if you need an extra spoon they practically have a meltdown letting one go.
Nothing has changed with this place in 40 years, same great quality of ice cream NO FOOD! NICE FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.
My first time going to this location and I would most definitely return! However the parking lot is small and a possible Hazzard if someone pulls in and is not paying attention!
