We love coming here!! The ice cream is delicious, the employees are friendly, and we all love watching the little train go around the store. My toddler loves the playroom in the back!
The food was over priced for what you got. It was very tasty the Caesar salad in my opinion is a Caesar salad because it should be premixed but it was not it was basically a bed of lettuce with a tiny cup of dressing I would not recommend. But the worst part about it was the customer service the staff or the people behind the counter were extremely rude and seemed very frustrated by us ordering food you almost felt uncomfortable even ordering anything this was my first Time to new Bern and we were highly recommended to go to this place and just due to the customer service I would probably not go back here
What might have been the owner (an older gentleman) was really nice to everyone when he came out after I got my order and took a seat. But the two young people (a young woman with curly hair and young man with locs) were lackluster. They seemed like they were a little annoyed and a little lost. Its such a cheerful looking little place but those two just didn't match the atmosphere. I dont know if they just didn't like me or what but they were just blah. The way they took my order and kept forgetting it was weird, I only ordered one thing. But they weren't rude, they just seemed like they didn't want to be there. And that kind of made me want to hurry and leave. The ice cream was really good and the place was clean and whimsical.
Was not impressed. Very disorganized service. Had to pay twice because they switched people while checking out, and didn’t get my whole order. I thought this was an ice cream shop. They only have like 8 flavors? We stood there forever and nobody asked us what we wanted. So I think we were supposed to order at the register? Even though they saw us standing there forever?? And the young girl was rude to my friend! It was very hot inside and it smelled awful. Needs a remodel for sure. Very tacky. Hard pass. Do better. This was 5/28/22.
The ice cream was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The decor and the interior, in general, leaves something to be desired.
A great place for ice cream after a hard day of riding . Nice place for kids to enjoy the atmosphere and watch the train go around the room. Lots of flavors to choose from. I had the vanilla apple pie, its definitely worth going back for.
I’m assuming these people are the owners, but they have terrible attitudes. The fact I go here twice a week and buy ice cream for me and my coworkers and tell everyone about their ice cream. You would think they would treat me a little better.But to watch the owner be very nice to my coworker that happens to be white… And then allow a white person to skip me when I was waiting patiently and tell me the person was before me as if I didn’t see who was in front of me.I can choose where to spend my money and I will no longer support this business.Then to hand me my food in a bag with the plate side ways knowing my food would be a mess was the cherry on top.
I looked up the best milk shake in town and was lead here. They did not disappoint! Many others goodies in a fun setting! It’s a must try if you are ever in town

Kind workers and a clean friendly atmosphere even though it was pretty busy. One worker took a quick break to find the owner of a mislaid $20 bill. ❤️
