Lots of changes lately in employees - across the board, but today is was quite obvious. Aprox. 6.15pm a very nice young man assisted my husband and I. He was fairly new, did not know about pricing at all (what cost additional, what was included, etc.) He definitely tried and I applaud him for his efforts. As a result however, the meal my husband and I normally get was approx. 9 dollars more. In trying to get clarification, this young man could have benefitted from some back up. His team though was occupied and few and quietly spoken; also not clear in what they were saying either.It is tough starting new jobs and being young and while these two kiddos imparticular tried the out come was still an extremely overpriced meal that did not have the typical quality we have grown to love. The management team for the evening can be encouraged to spend more time in training the new dudes, observing and guiding - ehhhhh, perhaps going back to the basics for all employees would be helpful.
I went into chipotle today on a class break for lunch .. when I went to check out my card wouldn’t work . Loan behold my card was replaced and they deactivated it without telling me … the young man working around 1-1:30 used his free meal to pay for mine .. I was so embarrassed my card wasn’t working . Thank you to that young man who gave me that small act of kindness because I was already having a tough day ! Not sure what his name was but he was awesome and your kindness will not go unwarranted!
Food was alright, except they had this weird Asian dude at grill causing a scene with the cashier chick? And that short, blonde chubby chick always yelling at her coworkers infront of a dinner rush. Kinda weird seeing/hearing all that when I just wanted a burrito
Very nice restaurant. Food was good and fresh except they were out of lettuce. I would return to this location
Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable they call this a quesadilla. It was a balled up mess of meat cheese tortilla and overly greasy. Tasted disgusting
Horrible. I love chipotle but this time was just terrible. They put double meat on a burrito that wasn’t supposed to have it, didn’t put double meat on a burrito that was supposed to have it. My burrito was practically pouring some kind of liquid out, I ended up with a puddle on my plate from it. The rice in both burritos (one was white & one was brown) was not cooked all the way and was still crunchy. The chips were stale. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the kids cheese quesadilla. This is also probably the 3rd-5th time we’ve had a bad experience. Our orders keep ending up wrong or the rice is undercooked, at this point I’m over it.
We usually love Chipotle but it was BAD tonight. Our burritos were cold to the touch, as was the queso, and the chips were stale. We couldn’t even finish it. ? Will not go back.
I really love Chipotle and the employees are always super nice though I always seem to have problems with the rice being hard and the steak not being good. I chose to go back today after a few months of not going, good customer service but my food still wasn’t very good ):

Excellent service. The best chipotle my hubs and I have ever had! The burritos are stuffed so full and they never forget anything in your order.
