Food tasted like it was sitting out all day off the buffet. Barely any options on buffet.
Such a sweet family own restaurant. Small but good. They're food is always fresh and they keep their buffet filled. We love going here for lunches and also ordering take out. We have never had a bad experience. The owner is there all the time. She greets us and is always working hard. Highly recommend this restaurant our of all of the Chinese restaurants in New Bern!
Just visited 2/28/2022 was in and out with my vegetable lo mein. Experience here is always a good experience except the one time I had a hair in my food dining in. Other than that I have no issues or complaints
Every time I have ate here I have always enjoyed the buffet. It is a small place and there isn't a whole bunch of items but what they do have on their buffet is quality and it is fresh. There is also a salad bar with fruit and boiled eggs and shrimp. And they also have a dessert bar and ice cream. The customer service could be better because the girls that were waiting on our table.They never come by to get plates quick enough and then when I asked for water they just give me a strange look and really didn't do anything.
I've eaten here several times in the last 3 weeks. Opened only for buffet 11am to 3pm (If I remember correctly). The food was fresh and hot and abundant! The iced tea is good! Not many folks wearing a mask. Restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. Wait staff doesn't seem too friendly, but they are pretty busy taking care of everyone. The value is really good for what you get! I love the Champagne Chicken.... Give this place a try! I know I'll be back!
The food here is decent, but I wish there were more vegetable and seafood options.
Today's food just didn't seem to be very fresh! They were very short staffed and service wasn't very good, especially for Christmas day. Will return but not too soon.
Food was excellent! Just couldn't sit down and eat. It was take out only.
Seems like the quality has gone down since eating there last. Lackluster taste. Ice cream selection was a joke. But it's still the better choice of others in town.
Servers were great but the food was very gross. The rice had the taste of soap and the chicken was super cold. I regret coming here.
