The car line which USUALLY goes fast did not on my most recent visit. One car in front of me made everything take an additional 30 minutes on top of the usually 30 minutes in line And what's worse is they don't tell the car that's taking up the time to pull ahead and wait in a parking space... because there are no spaces assigned for people to wait for incredibly large orders if they didn't call to cater ahead of time and my food was actually luke warm because of how long I waited being directly behind that guy. And my food was not fresh and was messed up because of how frustrated and short on time I was because I was waiting so long I left and some of it was wrong :( otherwise tasted good as normal. Just not hot and fresh.
I got the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. It's reasonable, will satisfy and is on the spicy side. I got a combo with a medium Chocolate Shake. Whipped Cream and a Cherry, definitely not over sized. My waffle fries were not hot, and you will have to ask for ketchup and salt if you need it. They will give you two sauces, which are adequate. I will order something else next time, bc I don't like spicy, and I will ask for a water if I get a shake with my combo. I will go back. The store was clean. Workers were courteous and pleasant atmosphere.
When I saw a double line of vehicles I was sure it would take long minutes to get through! To my surprise it only took a few minutes, the staff was well coordinated and efficient, had no problem with the order, I was impressed! Great team!
Always delicious, always freshly prepared and the best service of any fast food restaurant. And the dining room is now open!
The sandwiches are delicious. The lines are always backed up in the drive thru. You must be doing something right Chick fil A if the lines are wrapped around the building. But hey its business and I respect your efforts. I loved my chicken sandwich
All I can say is I love me some them!!! I normally do curbside most of the time and maybe drive thru if curbside is not available due to weather. Everyone is so nice and pleasant and they always compliment my nails ?? I never have any issues with my food but when I did it was taken care of promptly. I can not say anything bad about any Chic Fil A around the US!! One of my favs for life!! Thank you all for the great customer service, which is very important and great food!! I am forever a valued customer and red member for right now!!

Recommend! Always fast, friendly and accurate! They are always crazy busy but they manage to get you through and fresh everytime in a manner of 10 to 15 mins. Recommend a visit soon. Only services available as of 01/09/22 are drive-thru and curbside as dining room is closed.
This place is consistent with it's service and food quality. Even with long drive thru lines the service is pretty fast and efficient. Their Mac and cheese is as close as you're going to get to home made taste as you're going to get!
Always fast polite and hot food. Love it. But NBNC ONLY HAS ONE Chick- fil-A to enjoy and the getting in and out of that one store is HELL. Be careful driving up
