The food is good but it just takes so long at the drive thru
New Bern location always gets it right! Their food is always hot! The service always friendly -they seem to be genuinely happy to serve you. AND your order always comes out right! They're a good place for fast food!!!
great cheese, not great burger. cheese was cooked to perfection but burger felt cold. Would not recommend coming here it is very nasty in the bathroom and seats have lots of crumbs. If i could give them zero stars i would but i give you a 1 because that is the lowest i can give you. ?
This location is usually always busy but they NEVER get my order incorrect. Drive thru person ALWAYS polite & upbeat. So I understand why they're always so busy. That's why I keep coming back.
Grabbed some grub there recently, a very nice lady, Rhonda was working the drive thru. She is always professional and super sweet, loves it when she is working.
Food deals are good. The only thing they got the order wrong. Sad part it was through the Drive thru.
I went to Burger King drive thru today! Ivonna was absolutely the sweetest and was so respectful! I asked her to please give me another bag because I want to feed the homeless lady in her van with A big sign saying homeless. Ivonna, went in her pocket and said I have few dollars please give to her! What A wonderful young lady. I was so touched by this young lady. You’ve A sweet and amazing young lady working for you. Make sure you tell her how much she touched our hearts and also the homeless lady. You Rock! I will definitely go back to this Burger King due to her kindness!\\nThank you.

Staff was nice, food was ok, took around 20 minutes to receive our order. We ordered to go, from the counter, the self serve drink counter was nasty
