I spent an unbelievable 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not enough staff. And the few that are working are clueless. On top of the long wait my sandwich was cold and not how I had ordered it.
We stopped in the Jamestown site for two coffees. A customer ahead of us placed his order and the employee rounded his cost up as she said that she had no change. My wife and I ordered our two coffees and the employee rounded our order up to $3, no explanation of the change shortage. His order came out and was given to us? We asked him to see if it was his order. It was and he took it. We waited and waited for a very long time for our two coffees. An employee saw us waiting, ask us what we we’re waiting for and said the coffee was brewing. So, we waited even more time. No coffee, no employee at the counter, nothing for at least 15 minutes. We left without our coffee. Will NEVER visit the Jamestown Burger King again!
Waited 10 minutes at the window with no one in front of me for a chicken sandwich meal and they gave me a nasty fish sandwich. Got home and I wasn't going all the way back. Is it that difficult to make the right order? They had plenty of time to do it that's for sure. Anyone that rates them higher than a 1 is probably as worthless as this place.
My food was hot, tasty and served timely. This location was clean and the staff was friend and helpful..this location was busy but the staff kept the lines down.
I would drive 100 miles for a BK. Not really but...The 1st time I went to this BK about a month ago, I was blown away by the service, the quality of the food & how accurate my order was. I seriously LOVE BK whoppers & drive almost 30 minutes to get one. Shame on you BK for the last 2 times. You messed my orders up horribly. I drove all the way home only to find no cheese on my whopper but, there was evidence that there was at least at some point cheese on the wrapper. On one of my Whoppers had nothing on it except tiny little cheese pieces on its wrapper too. I always order onion rings. The last 2 times I've gotten like 5 onion rings placed ever so strategically on orders of fries. What are we doing BK??
I made a purchase in the BK app 2 rodeo burgers and a large fry. The app charged my credit card for the food. When I arrived to the store they said hey didn’t have the order. I showed them all the information in the app. The store manager said they would not give me the food if it wasn’t in their computer and I was not paying for the food twice.I will never go to this store again.

I went to get my husband some food and while I was there a truck driver parked his 18 wheeler and walked up to the building. He saw the lobby was dark and wanted to order at the window so I offered to let him go before I drove up to pay. The lady at the window turned him away due to the managers orders and them "not being able to place orders at the windows." Despite my multiple offers to drive him thru to get him something to eat, he refused and I don't blame him. This is the worse customer service I have seen and it is disrespectful to the people we depend on to deliver our food and needs across America. This also hits home as my Dad is a truck driver and I just hope no one ever treats him like this.
I opened my burger and there was a hair and what looked like smeared slobber all over it. Also, they put mustard and ketchup all over the outside of it.If I could give no stars I would. Please don’t eat here. It’s horrible. I’ve never seen anything like it.
I asked for ketchup and got cussed out. they then yelled in the back about how he is not used to the rush, when there was quite literally no one else in line. I had to put on my body armor to go ask for a straw, out of fear.
