I am a Bojangles breakfast fan. Coffee is an important part of breakfast. Last week I ate inside this large and clean restaurant at 10 AM. The coffee was barely luke warm. I returned to the counter to ask that my coffee be heated. I was asked to wait for a new pot to finish brewing. Today I went through the drive-through (9 AM) and ordered decaf coffee. The only way this coffee could have been any colder would be refrigeration. I poured the coffee on the ground after one sip. This New Bern Bojangles (MLK Blvd) needs to do a lot better to compete with other nearby restaurants.

They had they're dining room open a couple of months ago where you could go in, order your food for takeout for faster service than drive thru, now they don't.
Food was horrible. Supremes were the size of a quarter with no meat, the fries weren't fully cooked and the drinks were watered down, even the sweet tea!! Not worth the money.
Just poor food order got wrong when got home and poor service at window. Will not be going back there.
We come here often and Samuel is the sweetest employee with the best attitude.He is amazing ans i hope yall are treating him right
