I usually like to see my slices before putting my money down, and they didn't have any out, so I asked if they had slices and she said that they did. All righty thing... so I took my chances and ordered two pepperoni and mushroom slices. The result was good pepperoni but the mushrooms were just canned that had been heated up a bit. That's understandable on short order, but if I had seen that mushrooms were not really an option I would have known better. At least they were easy to remove! Other than that, it's fine.
Food was hot and delicious and the staff was friendly! 5 stars! We’ll be back!!! Thanks Big Apple!!!
Trying local places on vacations makes for adventure! Sara’s Big Apple gave us some great food to refuel on our drive from Hatteras to Wilmington. We tried pizzas by the slice and they were huge! Two others in our family tried a calzone and Stromboli. Those were gigantic! I definitely recommend sharing! Great service with no wait on a Sunday evening.
This place is amazing, always clean, friendly staff, and the good is very good. Never disappointed here sometimes yes it gets busy but that's because there food is the best around. Prices are good as well. Would highly recommend

The food is always great, but when I literally call 30 tines over a span and everytime it's busy...Hall really need to get a better calling service or invest in more than one line.
I wish there was a zero stars option because this place is in the negatives for customer service. To the older blonde at the register that is named here multiple times for her lack of respect to customers—I think you should self-reflect on how you treat others, there seems to be a pattern. She was flat and condescending from the register greeting, apparently my ticket was not passed down to the one that makes the food creating a prolonged waiting time. When I went to counter to inquire I was ignored. My mother is wheelchair bound and she looked at both of us like third-class citizens-not sure if is was due to her disability but her personality was less than desired. Her rudeness was so blatant that another customer commented on how we were treated. On a side note, the food was less than average. No soap in ladies bathroom during a pandemic.
Service is trash. Every time I go in there, there’s always a bad energy and rude workers. Had a family member go in there and they looked closed and they asked if they were open and they talked down to family member. Probably would have more customers and not looked closed if they didn’t have such nasty attitudes
