Edited 09jun22Stopped by for dinner . Went through drive through. Ordered half pound roast beef sandwich withe 8 piece jalapeno poppers and a diet Dr. Pepper. When I got to window she asked me if I got the half pound beef & cheddar, I said "no". I then told her I just got the half pound roast beef + poppers+ drink. there was some confusion at the window. Drove 15 miles home and they gave me the Cheddar roast beef! Even after asking at the window! I could have gone next door to McDonald's if I wanted to get the wrong order.... 1 star! For almost $15 I expect to get what I ordered. I can't stand that "sauce" on the Cheddar beef sandwich. ?Original: mom & I would stop here after dialysis. She liked the roast beef sandwich with the hoarsy sauce. She liked the jalapeno poppers as well.
I ordered a shake and a cookie. Not very hard to get that wrong or to get that one would think but it took 8 minutes of a useless cashier doing nothing and who I assume to be the manager to get me a cookie and to tell this person to make my shake three times. Trying to figure out what his roll is as an individual in life cause conmen sense is not it. But even so as he placed my shake on the counter and said nothing to the fact that he had accomplished something for the day. Then as I look at my shake it looks weak. I stir it up even more to help this person out and it lost all color and flavor. So thinks to this person and team I do not recommend this place at all. I also watched a cockroach crawl out from somewhere and die on the floor. So I wouldn’t want anything to do with this restaurant nor would I recommend it to save my life.
AVOID!! There are too many other options nearby to waste money on something that will, without fail!, not be what you asked for. Paid for. I ordered the new wagyu and the bacon ranch wagyu. I ordered them both with an additional patty and no red onion. I got ripped off for 2 additional patties and there was red onion on both. The dogs were the only ones happy. I only wish I could give 0 stars
12:29pm Sunday May 15th. Are you kidding me. So I decided to visit Arby's (I rarely do) and order a #1 double with curly fries lemonade light ice. Amanda sorry you are stressed, annoyed, understaffed or whatever else but please keep the attitude. Rude...paid for my food $10+ change curly fries room temperature, get to Walgreens down the road (to my surprise) light ice correct but it's WATER!!! I understand mistakes can and will happen but if you heard water instead of lemonade ? ?? idk what to say.
Service was good, no one was inside but there was a long line at the drive thru. Condiments were not filled, floor and tables not cleaned. There were several employees, enough to chat with 2 other employees who came in. The food was ok but made a bit sloppy. We have eaten there before and they have been better. I looked for their Health Department rating but did not see it.
Usually i love the brisket sandwich.. But the one i ordered today just wasnt made with love!
The workers did a great job they only had 2 people working so they had to close the inside dinning the drive-thru line was out to the street and the 2 works did a great job ?
Very quick service and they got our whole order right! We were pleased because it was very busy.
Being a loyal customer I usually get a fish sandwich during lunch, I can only eat one and dont take advantage of the 2 for 6$. Twice now I have had to wait until they fry the sandwich, once I got forgotten totally and had to drive around again after 15 minutes, both times it was Tereka who waited on me. I’m a little old lady, I drove up to the order window and said, “ one fish sandwich, nothing else.” I get up to the window and Tereka says, 2 Fish sandwiches, that will be 6$. she talking to someone else, I raised my voice , and said no I only want one. She did not hear me. I thought she had. I give her a 10 and and she says, two fish sandwiches , I said, no I only ordered one. She screamed at me and said she was frustrated as I. I explained that I only ordered one, she said that I’d have to wait for them to fry it, I told her that I had to wait before and got forgotten, she absolutely screamed at me, well what do you want to do, I said, give me my money back, She did. What a terrible customer service person, I know that waiting on the public in general is a thankless job, but to treat people that way is inexcusable. SCREAMING at a customer is pretty bad. If you record the orders you will hear what was said.
Friendly staff food was decent. Arby's is always a good place to go to get good food and bang for your buck.
