Usually despise Applebees. but since they added things to the menu figured i'd give their pasta a try. What a surprise. The pasta was well cooked, the chicken was fresh and I loved the zingy tomatoes on top. The creamy sauce added some moisture that was spot on delicious. This was so good, I ordered twice to go in a week. Didn't think I would say this but I like Applebee's food.
I would have given it a five, but the service was a little slow. The food was great even though my side order was wrong, it was corrected near the end of the meal. Also my granddaughter ordered strawberries and yogurt and had to eat it with a fork cause the waitress didn't think to give her a spoon until she was asked to. We had to ask for napkins and when we did we were given 4 for 9 people. As I said the food was delicious and we still had a great time.
I was thoroughly disgusted. My beau and I went in for dinner and it definitely took two hours to get our food. Everything was lacking from the hostess to the server. At one point I had to go find a waitress because between them nobody knew who our server actually was. We had to shovel half the food down and to-go box the rest and it was not crowded!! It was sad. I'll go back if nothing else but to prove to myself that it was a fluke...or not.
Walked in and was seated immediately. Server came before we got settled and took drink and appetizer order. Very fast service, server was attentive and asked how we wanted the meat cooked. When our order came it was great, and cooked just right. My experience is based on a weekday visit, weekends may vary. I have ate at this particular establishment before, food and service has always been great. Would highly recommend and I will be a return customer as well!!
Sister, mom, and I went for lunch. Ordered after about 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes to get our salad, and then it was only after we asked for it. Took almost 2 hours from start to finish. The food was freshly cooked once we got it. The wait staff seemed to be very overwhelmed even though they were not busy when we arrived. Manager said they had all new folks in the kitchen. In the world we live in, I accept the situation. And yes, I left an a decent tip. Just don't be in a hurry or very hungry when you get there ?
The server Damien and server in training Juan were both amazing even with it being a busy day. Food was amazing! 10/10 highly recommended!
My dear friend took me here for dinner. I was going to buy but she used a gift card. Parking was manageable for a Saturday night at 7pm. There were about 10 folks ahead of us. They had just sat a large party so the wait was about 30minutes- just as the hostess informed us. While we sat there we noticed a lot of folks making the hostess' life more difficult! Why people challenging her and trying to argue with her was disheartening. She handled everyone and everything quite well! We got the 2 for $29 deal. The waitress was busy but kept our drink glasses full and checked on us often. The food was good and tasty. I loved the mashed potatoes! My friend really liked the artichoke/cheesy dip and chips for the appetizer. Overall had a great dinner.... My friends company was outstanding! I wish I got to see her more.... Thanks Applebee's! See you again soon!
We had a party of 13 dine in around 2p.m. 5 adults and 8 children. Damien (spelling may be incorrect)was our waiter who was being shadowed by a new employee Juan, both did a phenomenal job. Our food came out hot, fully cooked, and delicious. All orders were correct and came out fairly quickly.
This place has really gone down hill!! Hostess didn’t even tell a waitress we were in her section!! About 12 workers literally walking around talking to each other while we waited to place order and get order. Cook came out and visited with friends before our food came out. When we got our food it was obvious it had been sitting , food was dry and not hot. Service was deplorable.
Slow service expected, even off peak (2pm) due to staff shortages everyone experiencing, but food was so ludicrously salty it was inedible...and I happen to like salt.
