The atmosphere was unusual but chill. Live music on Fridays. Waitress was nice. A locals’ place. Better for casual drinks than any sort of date. Wings were pretty good- tasted good rather than just hot. Pricey at $28 for a Chicago style hotdog and a side salad, a small order of hot wings and a Diet Coke. (Side note: the “insane” spicy wings weren’t /that/ hot. The “hot” was described as medium by the waitress.)
Came in and ordered a Buffalo chicken sub.What I got was this:1. A wrap.. (how?)2. Somehow my Buffalo sauce was sweet, and when I asked for hot sauce I got more sweet sauce -> note to owner. Hot sauce is not sweet. It’s hot.3. The lady serving us was nice and a good waitress, likely the only decent part of the experience.Overall my entire orders was simply wrong and they clearly do not know that hot sauce is not sweet.I’d advise that if you want a hot/sweet option you make it a separate option. I expected and ordered a completely different item on the menu than I was given.
Only taking a star away because of how pricey Woody's is in comparison to some other nearby options. We came in on a Wednesday for music bingo and had a great time! There were beer specials that night as well as a cheese steak burrito (pictured). I ordered a burger and fries, which was good but not memorable. We ordered the buffalo rangoons appetizer, which was tasty but small for the price. I would come back for the bingo and the good service, but I don't know that I'd be willing to spend the money to eat here if there wasn't also some kind of event/activity.
Best burgers hands down. Fried corn on the cob is amazing. My husband's Taco salad was big enough for 3 people. Love this place. It was our 1st visit also
Woody's new location in Morrisville is the best place to hang out. DJ Five-Six is fire every third Saturday.The staff is friendly and awesome. The food is great as well. This is my local hangout.
For the most part oh, the food is okay, not the greatest. However, the potato salad is decent. I love the Greek gyro. It is quite tasty. Independent who is making the tacos on Tuesday they can be quite tasty as well. The chili nachos are amazing. The hot dogs are okay. The fried pork skins are good if they are not overly drenched in that sauce. The wings can be good . You may have to ask for more seasoning. Well, I do . The Sriracha sliders are great . I love their adult Capri Suns is really nice. My two favorite bartenders are there and I love seeing them when they are there. I wish they brought karaoke to Woody's because that would be amazing. That will bring in more people and of course more revenue for the restaurant.
All I can say about the food is that it was ok. I had the quesadilla and some nachos, honestly, the quesadilla had a funny/weird taste to it so I didn't finish it. I ordered it to-go and got curbside pickup. The lady that brought my food out was friendly and I didn't wait long to get my food. However, I was not impressed by my food. Maybe I'll give it another try and try out a different item from the menu.
Solid food. I’ve had the burger before and the sky box club, which is like 2 sandwiches in one, more recently. The only subpar thing I’ve had from here is the poutine.Ordering online is easy to do and pickup is located on the left hand side of the bar when you walk in.Wings come out to about 1.50 a piece so I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking specifically for wings as woodys is the most expensive I’ve seen in the area.

Woodys! Wow! Had so much fun last night at music bingo that I did not want to leave. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, and food was great! I felt so relaxed and comfortable and met some wonderful people as well. Coming here really made my night and entire day actually.I got there a few minutes before music bingo started and got a booth seat. The waitress quickly greeted me and got me a green tea shot that was smooth and so easy to drink--was not sweet at all. To eat I got their ten piece spicy garlic wing. The wings were a little bit more salty and saucy than I was expecting, but they were okay overall. I ordered a blood orange cider which was smooth and went easy with the wings.In the meantime I danced away with the music bingo--the DJ was amazing and so fun! I did not win, but because of her and the fun atmosphere I stayed until the end. I met some wonderful people and plan to come back in q couple of weeks! Do not sleep on Woody's!
