I mean really if I could give .5 of a star I would. I placed an online order to this store for my lunch break which is only 30 min. I spent $16 on a inadequate meal and the service was horrible. I ordered a CHZBURG WHICH, chips and a drink. When I went in to get my order, the manager handed me my food and my drink was already made, which I thought was strange due to COVID but I took the order anyway. I sat in my car excited to try the sandwich and it was not as advertised. No sauce, pickle or tomato, grey meat, barely any bacon and the cheese 'melted' and sloppy all over the sandwich. I took a bite out of the sandwich before realizing it wasn't what I ordered so I took it back into the restaurant and was met by the manager again to which I asked, does this sandwich not come with any of the toppings its advertised with? His reply was "We'll take a look for you." While waiting for a adequate replacement, I heard one of the employee's yell, "Did I not add the sauce?! I definitely added the sauce, I added everything.." and proceeded to keep talking loudly to another employee while my sandwich was being 'fixed' by another employee. The manager tells the employee fixing my sandwich to "Just throw it up there, whatever it is lacking, just throw it on there." I get the replacement sandwich and went back out to my car only to find out that the sandwich was NOT remade, the bites were still there, they gave me the same sandwich with the sauce all over the packaging, and the tomato and pickles that were added made the rest of the once hot sandwich COLD. Again, I paid almost $20 for an inadequate meal and poor customer service. I have friends in food and bev and it is pinnacle that a fresh order be made due to health violations. I literally felt sick, after taking a bite of the sandwich. I went back into the restaurant and asked for a refund, instead of trying to rectify the situation any further, he asked me for the card, I explained I used a digital version of a different card so I did not have it but that I had another card, to which he replied that it was ok, he swiped the card and handed it to me and said nothing. No receipt, 'we're sorry about the inconvenience have a nice day', NOTHING. Genuinely had to be the worst customer service that I have received and for patrons to pay almost $20 for a sandwich and some chips, its unacceptable.

Both sandwiches were wrong even though the sandwich sleeves showed the correct information.They seemed to be closing an hour ahead of actual closing time with two employees still there. All the chairs were put up on tables.

Horrible service . Nothing is available and just for namesake put whatever is available and gave it off . We ordered buffalo chicken and that wasn’t delivered . Whatever was available in store they just gave it off . Both the agents at the morrisville store were least bothered about the service and don’t want to welcome any customers . Rate them 0/10

First time ever trying it and they were much better than Subway but they were also quite expensive but overall very good subs

the workers were friendly and the order came quick and correct! it was so tasty, would definitely go back

I ordered a black bean patty sandwich with avocado and provolone cheese ONLY for curbside pickup. I got home and this is what they gave me. My receipt with my order was attached to the bag. No black bean patty, no cheese but they added wet lettuce and tomato that made the bread soggy beyond repair (thats why I quit ordering the veggies. I add them at home). And they won’t answer their phone so I’m out of luck.

New in town visiting Morrisville from Columbus ohio. I decided to try Wich Wich and to my delight I had a BYOB with fries it was delicious I will be back ,I highly recommend also I was taken care of by someone named Lauren and another person named Megan they were very polite very helpful and they provided me with great customer service..

This review is a 2 part thing that is more of a review of the corporation & this specific location. First, if you’ve discontinued an item (or only offer at certain locations), make that known on your site. I wanted a Chicken Salad Sandwich which i’ve had at this location, this year. When i had it last, i had to talk to the Employee to make sure they understood what i wanted. You can currently (as of this post) look up the chicken salad sandwich on their site and the site will even prompt you to order it now, but you can’t. Assuming it might’ve been a custom thing to request in-person, i drove to the sandwich shop to get it; to no avail, i was informed that they didn’t offer that sandwich anymore (maybe the last employee that made it for me, was generous, but that would mean the site has been outdated for several months).Issues with this location: didn’t provide drink cups after ordering, left off fries, to then, not have any fries so we had to wait an extra 8-10ish minutes for fries. No general customer service given whatsoever.

Came here for a meat ball sub. I swear the meat balls were horrible they tasted expired! I ended up getting sick. I asked the lady with black hair if she could get me something else it she denied me. Told me the meat balls were fine. Ok I guess that’s how you treat paying customers. Worse place for a sub !!!

Our first visit to Which Wich. My son and I stopped to lunch. Bought our lunch and took it to the truck to eat. Took less than a minute to walk to the truck. My Phili cheese stake was barely warm. Cheese not melting. Bread was super soggy with grease. My son's sandwich was the same way. The fries were hot and fresh. Very disappointing.
