Very disappointed with this place today placed the order in the drive-through was asked to pull forward so they can finish making my fool sit in the drive-through for 25 minutes finally I got up and went in the store and my food was just sitting on the counter and then they offered me a quick fix for what I ordering and they seem like they couldn’t make it very disappointing I wish I could give a zero stars.
Updating to add: this place is a constant disappointment. Tonight I ordered 3 kids meals and a Bourbon Bacon Burger meal. None of the 4 drinks had ice. The burger was missing the crispy onions. And one of the fries was old and gross while the rest were fresh. Nobody wants to answer the phone there, either ??♀️Only reason I continue to go there is because our little ones love their kids meals ???♀️————————————Twice in the last few weeks we’ve gone at dinner time and their “systems have been down and not able to take orders.” ?Should probably get that figured out.
Came here today and my burger was moldedI’m sure you saw that when you made the sandwich and yet still served it out to customers

Just went there for lunch and I have to say who ever was on duty should be ashamed of themselves for giving me this stale a$$ food. #6 spicy chkn no tomato side fri and chocolate chip cookie with a lemonade.... literally every was trash.
Something is always not working or not available at this location. Need serious restructuring or management that can get things on track.
I was told it would be 30mins while their system was reset, so I said I'd wait. Two minutes later the system was magically back up. They laughed loudly over the mic while I tried to order. I asked to change something on the order and was yelled at to move forward. When I tried to clarify I was told to "just hurry up and pull up now". I don't think I've ever had ruder customer service in my entire life.
Just went in an I think this is the worst Wendy’s isn’t he area, they love to not work. This week’s issue was “financial issues” the last time they said the register wasn’t working. Idk if it’s the employees or the owner really has them using very broken technology but you want to take your business somewhere else rather than playing the guessing game if they will actually be able to take your order.
They pretend to be closed when they are not. I even drove around to make sure and saw the employees talking in a circle. Not only that but when they actually take your order they serve the food ice cold.
Cary NC area: How hard is it to get a simple order right? I thought the Wendy's near Park West had a serious problem and so I decided to patronize the Wendy's on Davis drive. Boy was I wrong, Wendy's overall seems to have a cultural problem. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, needless to say it didn't have lettuce, ketchup, mayo or cheese in it. Have you seen that thing in advertisement? Wendy's have seen the last of me.
