the guy who checked me & my boyfriend out was rude. he was inattentive, walked away without giving us our receipt, & overall had bad service. the two drink machines barely had any choices for a machine with the whole point of being having options?? the employees were talking loudly, one on the phone. the only good part was the hot fries. save your money.
Do not eat here. I've come here multiple times just to have them mess up orders everytime. Dining room is messy and drink area is completely unstocked. No lids and the freestyle machines are out of 90% of their sodas. Items are regularly missing from my orders. Staff is nice and polite, but it sadly doesn't help the awful service. Just go to the next closest Wendy's.
I don't know why I keep trying. This Wendys never has anything. For the second time in less than a week they out of biscuits before breakfast hours are even over, which basically means they stop making them at 9 oclock. So they asked if I wanted a croissant or anyother so called premium bead instaed. I asked if it would be a free replacement since you are out of biscuits. They said no, seriously in a restaurant environment you need to take care of your customers it's not my fault y'all are out of biscuits not to mention you're out of biscuits it's because someone is lazy and again decided to stop making biscuits way before breakfast hours are over. There was a few times in the middle of the day where they didn't even have any fries during lunch hour. Why are y'all even open!?
I came here with my girlfriend, we both bought salads and iced teas, in house.Customer service was alright but attitude was horrible. As we were eating, we could hear the main entry door slamming shut numerous times on purpose, and I was irritated that I had to shout ‘can someone not do that?’ And the employee who shut it said, ‘deal with it dude,’ and I’m like: ‘then I won’t come here again,’ which I never will again. We closed the door the humane way, after we were finished.I hope management sees this so they can take action. This is a restaurant, not a freaking shelter. Chicken blt and a double stack with a drink. Food was out fairly fast, hit and tastey. However, many of their fountain drink choices were unavailable and was not informed if this when I ordered. Probably wouldn't have ordered a drink.
Got a $5 biggie too much sauce on it on the fries. Ask for French fries so she still put salt on fries ask for a refund it was an argument I would recommend eating here.
Staff was pleasant enough, but the fries were like rubber and the burger seemed like it came out of a microwave.
Food is decent sometimes but the staff is always rude and unpleasant. We’ve been more than once and they wouldn’t speak at all…which is kind of necessary when trying to communicate and confirm a food order.
This should no longer be called a fast food place. We are waiting for last 20 min.. poor service and no one is keen to answer or bring the order to you.. pathetic experience. better avoid this place!!
Picked up lunch today, when I got back to work I realized my order was incorrect. Didn’t have time to drive back and get it fixed so I decided to call. The phone just rang endlessly, no one ever picked up.When you’re paying almost $10 for fast food, you should expect at least basic competency. Would not recommend.
