Just ordered to go from here. 2 employees, one sleeping and other one didn't even acknowledge me for minutes. Finally took my order, waited in car, came back in, again not acknowledged till I asked if that was my order on counter. Got back to hotel with no silverware, no pepper or salt, no butter or syrup for waffle, no cheese on my hashbrowns and no gravy on bowl. Extras we obviously paid for. Horrible service!!!!!!!
Waffle House needs to get it together. For the third time in the last month I've tried to get something to eat at a Waffle House in the triangle and have been told they weren't open or in the case of this one last night was told that I could only order takeout. An All Star Special is not something I want to eat in the car. What this tells me it's that WH isn't paying its employees enough. It also means I probably won't be going back which is sad because it used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
Went here Saturday night April 2, 2022. The entire staff IGNORED me and a few others but continued to serve only people who looked like them. Great to see poor race relations are still alive and well I. The South. Every new black customer was greeted, sat, and immediately served. Every white table just sat there confused. Yeah, I get it “How does it feel?” We left and got food elsewhere. Never eating at another Waffle House again.
I came from out of town for an event. The staff were super friendly. We were seated within 5 minutes.The waffle and scrambled eggs was soo good!!
Food is fine, the floors where the cooking was going on.... not so much. Since I had to sit at the counter, couldn't help but look at those dirty floors!
My food was cooked exactly how I ordered it like hash browns light waffle scrambled eggs with cheese sausage I can't complain service with speedy server was friendly

Ended up coming her at 3am after some heavy drinks and party. Trust me never thought the staff would be so nice here. Definitely my midnight snack spot. Love the staff here...
