Terrible service. I try to order by phone, asked some recommendations because I couldn’t remember the menu. The guy told me in a super impatient manner asked me call after check menu online by myself because he was busy, and hang up the phone rudely right away. I was driving with a crying baby on ride need to go home asap. So I want to phone order ahead. I don’t think ask some recommendations is a excessive demand. I was a frequenter，but won‘t recommend any more.
40 dollars for a Peking duck that tasted like days old meat. The fried sweet and sour fish was supposed to be crispy... it was straight up soggy (the waiter tried telling me it was because of the sauce, LOL). No, this style of fish isn't supposed to be soggy...The worst part was the twice cooked pork-- the meat literally seemed rancid and beared no resemblance to actual twice cooked pork that anyone would expect. When I mentioned this to the waiter, she started yelling at our table and getting super defensive before storming and kicking her way into the kitchen. Super uncomfortable and I've never experienced anything like that.Don't recommend at all, save yourself the waste of a trip and go to Banana Leaf Cary for the duck or Taipei 101 for anything else downtown instead.
Great authentic Chinese restaurants. I don't recall last time we ate at a Chinese restaurant and was worth the review till now.Great food, employee and cozy environment. Highly recommended.
Do not recommend. Ordered Schezuan Beef and all i got was stir fried carrots. I think there was like 5 pieces of meat total. Definitely never going to come back
All the dishes are like typical Taiwanese home cook meal! Love it!! I have tried the Pork & Bitter Mellon, Salt & Pepper Pork Rib, Bean Curd Skin with Snow Cabbage & Green Peas, Taiwanese Style Rice Noodle,stir Fried Riced Cake with Pork. ALL are so delicious!! Because of pandemic, I only do takeout for all restaurants food.
Very bad Service. We had a big order late night. There crispy beef was all grated carrots with 2 pieces of beef. Food was cold and had a bad smell to it. When we called to ask them why did they accept the order when they did not have the ingredients or fresh food available they just denied it in a very aggressive manner. I use to like this place, but now they are just horrible. 2 experience back to back with horrible service.
