If there was -5 to 5 star range then they deserve -5. Google should really think of having negative ratings.Ordered Vegetarian with mentioning black beans and refried beans twice at drive through when I saw he still had beef in order list. Person who took order mentioned that he corrected and I should move to 2nd window. Still gave me wrong order. Asked to correct at Window still not with beans. 2nd time they gave me with chicken. They were definitely thinking I would leave without checking. Third time was a charm for them. I hate this location but other locations are long distance. People check your order at drive through window, inside takeout and dine in. This was my 3rd experience at this location in 3 months. 3rd out of 5 visit. There is 60% chance that you are getting wrong order. Even worse is that if you miss checking item at drive through window and find out later that your order is wrong then be prepared to wait for 5+ minutes at inside counter for them to come ask you for helping and then 15+ minute for them to give you item that you ordered.

I think the previous messages were all directed from 5-19-22. I was there and I specifically heard the manager be little one young female employee and said I don't feel like listening to people mouths outside in the lobby you go. That poor girl got so be littled by customers in the 2 hour wait I was there. It was so bad never in my life I have seen this type of service in any country. 40 people waited inside for more than 4 hours after they took our money.

Service at this location is extremely slow going. Which honestly I can understand and be patient with with as things have changed so much would be able to get workers. Being a manager myself I can totally relate to that. However what I cannot relate to is that the last 2 times I've visited this location and a customer had a concern or a complaint the manager on duty was extremely rude to that customer. So while he was not extremely directly rude to me as I was not the one complaining your daytime manager could really use some customer service training. He literally just says it's not my fault I can't do anything about it and it's extremely unhelpful when a customer has a complaint.

We are vegetarian and ordered all vegetarian tacos. Found meat in one taco for which name of the taco itself says vegetarian. We did not order any meat to be included.Wrote to customer care with photographs and even after a week there is no response.Really bad service and customer service too.

Have been to so may Taco Bell restaurants, But this one takes the cake for consistency. Think that is good. NO. Consistently bad for being the worst. First we will start with service which is non existent, they have placed a few touch screens so they dont have to interact with you and whatever you put in there doesn't come out as you intended and they will claim computer error for their faults. We placed our order and we were waiting for our food and after 5 minutes another gentleman placed his order that he wanted to be paid in cash. We waited for 10 minutes and we observe that the person who placed the order behind us got his food and we were still waiting. That person was also suspicious that it was not his order but the staff insisted that it was his order. On opening his bag after he realized that it was not his order he went back to them and they still dont want to acknowledge that it was their fault and we were said that we need to wait to be heard. overall we did not want to make it uncomfortable and we just ate our cold food. Most of the locations around this location consistently have 3 or more stars while this one is so consistent at ONE star. No wonder about it. If the corporate is looking at it and even look at their CC cams, they would know what the problem is. If they cant run this location, better shut it down. Most of my friends say it has a big line of cars in the drive through. For a fast food place it takes a lot of minutes to fulfil a simple order. No wonder why they keep their dining room shut so many times, because it is more easy to coverup mistakes when you just keep the drive thru open and you have lees chances of people coming back for asking for messed up orders.

This place is horrible! We spent almost an hour in the drive through line and when we got to the window they hadn’t even started making our order. Not even the drinks. The person working the window acted like he knew nothing and the manager had nothing to say to us! I have never waited so long for fast food. Definitely won’t be waiting in that line again!

This has to be one of the best Taco bells I have been to as far as food quality. I have now been there 5 times in the past week & they are spot on with making the food. Other locations they just slap it together.

We visited after 8 PM on a Wednesday to pick up a mobile order. It took close to 20 minutes from arrival to get our food, and a couple of items were missing from our order. Service was friendly, though, and the quality of the food was good for fast food.

This location has been absolute garbage for MONTHS. It's routine to wait more than 20 minutes in line and still have them get your order wrong. It happened again today and I'm finally done hoping this location will improve. Barring installing an automated system, I'll never go back to this location.

This location is trash. The guy who manages this place is a terrible human - to customers and his staff. The food is also much worse than other taco bells in the area. I'd rather drive further to spend my money at a place with decent people and decent food.
