I was in your store just a little while ago to pick up some lunch and the 2 workers at the time were not wearing masks. One worker did have on a mask but it was under his chin. They were very cordial very nice but with everything going on with covid and customers being required to go in an establishment with a mask on I expect to see the workers with mask on, Especially dealing with food. I will not eat there again if I walk in the door and they don't have on mask
My husband and I experienced superb customer service. The lady who was working was by far the nicest worker we have ever encountered. Our sandwich was good too!!
I am probably incorrectly spelling her name, but Keyonna is absolutely amazing. We visited here this past Sunday and the one before. She took such good care of us. She is friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and just provided a welcoming environment. I currently manage a restaurant and have worked in restaurants since i was 15 years old...so 18 years. It's very very rare to come across someone who is sharp, good at their job and who cares. Especially now, when we're all understaffed!I will be back for sure ❤
The only two employees in place, an indian man and a white woman ignored me. There were no other customers in at the time. After five minutes of him starring at a sandwich he already made and the female employee feeling like opening a bag of pickles was so urgent I left. I hope the place closes soon.
Everything is good. They have employee who I can tell above and beyond. But they also have weird man. Not pleasant at all when he say something. I never seen that kind of mean guys serving customer.
My foot long sub had a fourth of the sub completely empty. Barely any toppings (3 tomato slices for a footlong, 5 olive slices , etc)Extremely messy so everything was falling out, wasn’t cut in half AND. an olive seed was in my sub! I almost broke my tooth biting into it! Girl with long braided hair made mine. The worst sub I’ve ever had
I experienced the best customer service ever at this place. This beautiful ray of sunshine in human form was working all by herself on a Saturday and it got busy. She handled it like a professional, I was super impressed. Oh, and my sandwich was yummy! I almost forgot to mention that, but that's the power of great customer service.
