The subway is my go to place for salads but this particular store is the worst amongst all stores I visited. On 22nd June 2022, I went to the store and ordered a salad. The lady in the counter gave all the portions in half quantities, like literally half scoopof chicken and 2 slices of cucumber. I counted the slices and showed it to the lady in counter. The salad bowl was half empty after all the fillings. When asked about it, she started throwing stuff around very rudely and said she has been working for 4 years and she knows what to do. As I didn’t want to get into argument, I said ok. She turned back and started saying stuff that I didn’t understand. I kept quite for a minute and then I said, “if you have something to say, say it to my face”. She turned to my face and with arrogant tone and attitude told me to leave the store. I asked her the reason. She again started saying stuff I didn’t understand and said she will call the cops. I said her to please call so that cops can see in the camera who started yelling in the first place. As soon as I said that, She kept the phone receiver down and told me to leave store. I would never visit the store again. They need to have minimum respect towards customers.
Lost 5 customers in last 20 minutes. Employees closed the store 15-20 minutes early. They didn’t let anyone place an order after 8:45pm. They didn’t let me dine-in at 8:40pm. Their closing time is 9pm though. Never seen any subway doing business like this. It’s a sign for their owner to take actions. I would not recommend going to this location at all.
The lady at the counter on April 2nd 7:45pm EST was rude to me when I ordered a foot long and then asked for another 6 inch. With rudeness, she said I have to order everything together. I couldn’t order everything together as she was super distracted. When filling the vegetables, I told her no Olives and she asked me 5 times if pickles are OK as she was so distracted. Now I went to the billing section and gave 15% tip. Throughout, she was saying something in Spanish to the other girl and they were giggling. I told her to be courteous to customers and she started confronting me. I told her this was crazy but she told me I am crazy and stupid. I can’t believe that simple courtesies for customers are missing in this place. Management has to address employee’s aggressive behavior like this.
We LOVE subway but stopped into this location for the first time & the staff was rude, mean & miserable. We will NEVER be back! This staff must be replaced ASAP!!
One of the worse subway I ever been. One of the employees she work on front is worse, unprofessional. I had a coupon they send by mail in my home and I said I had a coupon, she is so angry and she talk so worse. I don't want to go this place any more!
Hispanic lady that works there is always so rude! She always has a face and speaks in a very rude tone when you ask her something. Store owner needs to address her on how to treat the customers.
This store was excellent service 6 months before, after long time I went today the staff (who is tattoo in her left hand) raised her arrogant voice with me when I was placing the order, even they were talking about me something in spanish, I won't understand also.And, Another customer next to me with her kid, the kid was placing the order with that spanish lady who is tattooed in her left hand, that lady was shouted when the kid came near the black ribbon. This is ridiculous, even she was not pleasing behaviour with that kid and me also.We are choosing the shop by NEAT and STAFF behaviour, NOT for money.May be from next time onwards not worthy to shop here. There is no hygiene also around. 'DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP' not really good behaviour staff here.
I just experienced the most rude person after calling 12 times because they allowed the delivery driver to leave without my complete order. Will not order from them again. And will be contacting Subway corporate
I used to use this place often for my lunch breaks. The last two times I went I have gotten a drink with mold chunks in it. I’m not sure if they are not properly cleaning their drinks machines or what, but it’s extremely gross and a risk to people’s health to have them drinking mold and not finding out till near the end of the drink.
Very bad experience. cashier Quanie is very rude.. Customer handling is very bad.
