Honestly a horrible place to get your breakfast from as their customer service is so bad that we could clearly see it in their actions. Both employees today were very rude. They behaved as if the 10 to 15 customers in the store were not visible to them. When my order was ready, they did not even call my name instead when I reached out to them after realizing that 3 customers who ordered after me were getting their orders so I was told that my order was sitting in front of me for the past 10 minutes. I definitely not recommend this place to any, be it a friend or a foe.

Horrible experience (1) long extremely slow moving line; (2) register wouldn't take cards ; (3) out of Grande cups so I had to order a Venti. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I got a iced latte. Hot coffee poured over ice. No sweetener. Coffee tastes horribly burnt and bitter.

The comfort of Starbucks is appreciated always!

I know airports are busy but getting my coffee 20 minutes after I order is insane. Between the line and waiting, it was 40 minutes. Second to last person to board my plane

Typical airport Starbucks. Coffee drinks are terrible and customer service mediocre.

Signage states that the coffee shop opens at 5 am. Employee’s arrived 5 min before 5:00 and then informed the line it would be 30-45 min until they began receiving customers. Half the line frustratingly walked away since boarding began at 5:15. This location needs to re-look their advertised opening times. (Oct. 8th, 2021)

Began closing a whole 40- 45 minutes earlier instead of servicing customers. I love Starbucks and the service is usually great but not this one.

Lack of Punctuality. Business Hours are from 4:30am, it’s 5am and staff is still taking their time to open. Having to wait in line because a lack of or short of personnel is understanding but having to wait because their lack of punctuality is a customer service failure.

If I could give 0 to this place I would! I love Starbucks and I easily spend about $100 to $150 every week in my local Starbucks in Florida. But the way I was treated and is unacceptable, I specifically asked to have extra caramel on my drink and regardless of how many times I told the barista she completely ignored my request; I asked them to remake it and she told me no, that there was nothing wrong with my drink. She was sooo rude and even made a denigrating comment about my ethnicity and my accent.

Eggnog latte tasted burned and barely like eggnog at all.More expensive than stores outside of the airport. Disappointing.
